Caring staff in all areas from housekeeping to food to caregivers. It was hard to leave but our care needs exceeded what IV could provide. I would recommend to others.

It seemed nice. I would recommend to others.

Very expensive when we didn't require much care. My mom would not leave her apartment so didn't receive a lot of care. Just meds and meals. My dad cleaned and did her laundry at their home. The apartment was very large. I could live there??. The staff was very kind and caring! Very well trained to care for my mom who had not so nice behaviors.

What we like the most about Independence Village are the activities that are available, Friday afternoon happy hours, most employees are very kind, and some are really fun. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families.

This is a beautiful facility. Great staff and clinically sound! Very impressed by their caring approach as well as their aesthetics, and clinical oversight. I would highly recommend!

Dad has been very welcomed at Independence Village of Ames. He has so many people to talk to and always has something to do. He is enjoying that socialization . We also appreciate that he has his own new home where he could bring his own things. Having an apartment that is all his is a great transformation from his house. Thank you to all the staff that have been so friendly and welcoming.

Independence Village is a compassionate and caring home to all of its residents. The common areas are full of natural light and have a modern and clean feel. The staff are friendly, kind, and helpful. When you walk in, people seem genuinely happy to be there! I highly recommend Independence Village!

Food is good. Enjoying other residents. Everyone is friendly.

It's a very good place to be and I'm supremely happy. We enjoy the prayer group and movies and singing.

Things are going well. You have been taking great care of us. My wife us eating better here. We get walks to the DR and she is walking better.

Everyone goes above and beyond and does what needs to be done. Everything like food is furnished and I don't have to do anything if I don't want to.

Good, my therapists are excellent. I'm not a fan of the pendants. Sometimes care staff makes me feel rushed when helping me. Food is excellent!

I find the facility to operate much like a functioning family. Responsibilities are shared in a team fashion with the residents being the utmost priority! I love this place.

When things need to happen they do it quickly. Everyone wants to help. Wide variety of activities.

It's great. Everyone is helpful all the time. The food is fabulous. If we need something they get it right away.
