From first contact, staff and leadership were engaging and incredibly helpful as well as patient with us. Mom was so impressed after multiple visits and meals, she was not interested seeing any other loving communities.
From the first that I entered the building until moving my mom in, everyone has been so nice and comforting to me and my mom. Mom was a little nervous when she first got there, but everyone including the residents help her to get comfortable and in the routine.
What we like the most about the community is that they do lots of community events and give them transportation when needed. Yes, we would recommend Béo of Chattanooga to other families based on the experience so far.
My father LOVES his apartment and the entire community - you offer his family peace and comfort knowing he is there.
