I have been here for 1 year. I am very happy here. from the executive director to the life enrichment director to all the staff and chef and wellness director. They are so friendly and will help with my problems.

The community is friendly, with nice residents and staff. I enjoy the food. I like to come to activities to keep myself busy. The community is always clean.

I like it! There is lots of stuff to do. Food is good, but I really love the outings to different places to eat.

The building is nice and clean. I like the size of my room.

Caregivers all seem happy and interact with the residents and even with each other. They greet me by name when I visit and give me updates. Food is great!

Staff is very friendly and very easy to get along with. All the residents are very nice. Food is good all the time.

No place like Storypoint, I love it here. The people and the residents are friendly and the food is great.

I am absolutely in love with this facility from the first day I moved in over two years ago. The staff is very accommodating with everything. I would not want to be anywhere else.

I enjoy the meals here, breakfast is my favorite. I have a good time going out with other residents. The location is convenient and the staff is very friendly. The Life Enrichment Director is great and very accommodating.

Ask patrons if they like the food. My mom doesn't like the food. Most of the time I would agree as the menu options don't seem to fit seniors. Also we like the place but since the start of our experience they have been understaffed and also difficulty retaining staff. The result is delays in response and overlooked care such as showers, laundry etc. the staff and leader have always been very friendly and respectful to my mom. They just never have enough people for the number of residents. I am sure this issue is widespread in the industry. Our solution has been to constantly follow up with the caregivers to ensure things are done.

The building is beautiful, and the residents enjoy all the different activities and trips they get to go on.

It’s the best place for me to be! Wonderful staff and and food is out of this world! The residents are also very pleasant with as well. Lots of different events happing daily. The staff are always super friendly and always willing to stop and chat.

I don't normally write reviews but felt the need to write this one, for so many reasons. After many years of struggling with the idea of moving Mom into an assisted living home we are so pleased to have found the perfect place for her. She never wanted to move out of her home and it was a constant argument. She has lived at StoryPoint now for 2 years and we can't get her to leave even for a few days and she wants to go back because she misses her friends and the staff. I can't say enough wonderful things about the facility and staff. From the moment she moved in they have treated her with genuine kindness, respect and compassion. EVERY staff member.... from the office staff, front desk, to the activity directors and nurses. She is so happy and content there which means so much to us. It gives our family peace of mind knowing she's in a safe, supportive and welcoming environment. They truly love Mom and take the best care of her.I want to personally thank Dan Jalove for his continual caring, support and understanding of how a facility should be ran. He follows through every situation with grace and thoughtfulness. He goes above and beyond making the residents feel comfortable, valued and always taking the time to listen and engage. For example, last week I was to take my mom on vacation with me but when I picked her up we couldn't find her ID. Unfortunately, I had to leave without her. Dan, Gio and the whole staff continued to search for it after I had left. They did not need to do that but did. Luckily they found it and she was able to go with us. All because they took their time out to continue to help her. THANK YOU GIO!The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to feel like a home rather than an institution. We are always kept well informed with anything relating to Mom.There are plenty of activities, social events and trips that help keep her active, happy and excited to do things. Holidays are exceptional there as so many fun things are planned. Choosing a place for a loved one is never easy, but this facility has exceeded our expectations in every possible way. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a caring professional staff, facility and assisted-living community.Thank you again...Dan, Paula, Ajou, Gio and Dina and staff!!! xxx
