The building is beautiful, and the residents enjoy all the different activities and trips they get to go on.

It’s the best place for me to be! Wonderful staff and and food is out of this world! The residents are also very pleasant with as well. Lots of different events happing daily. The staff are always super friendly and always willing to stop and chat.

I don't normally write reviews but felt the need to write this one, for so many reasons. After many years of struggling with the idea of moving Mom into an assisted living home we are so pleased to have found the perfect place for her. She never wanted to move out of her home and it was a constant argument. She has lived at StoryPoint now for 2 years and we can't get her to leave even for a few days and she wants to go back because she misses her friends and the staff. I can't say enough wonderful things about the facility and staff. From the moment she moved in they have treated her with genuine kindness, respect and compassion. EVERY staff member.... from the office staff, front desk, to the activity directors and nurses. She is so happy and content there which means so much to us. It gives our family peace of mind knowing she's in a safe, supportive and welcoming environment. They truly love Mom and take the best care of her.I want to personally thank Dan Jalove for his continual caring, support and understanding of how a facility should be ran. He follows through every situation with grace and thoughtfulness. He goes above and beyond making the residents feel comfortable, valued and always taking the time to listen and engage. For example, last week I was to take my mom on vacation with me but when I picked her up we couldn't find her ID. Unfortunately, I had to leave without her. Dan, Gio and the whole staff continued to search for it after I had left. They did not need to do that but did. Luckily they found it and she was able to go with us. All because they took their time out to continue to help her. THANK YOU GIO!The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to feel like a home rather than an institution. We are always kept well informed with anything relating to Mom.There are plenty of activities, social events and trips that help keep her active, happy and excited to do things. Holidays are exceptional there as so many fun things are planned. Choosing a place for a loved one is never easy, but this facility has exceeded our expectations in every possible way. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a caring professional staff, facility and assisted-living community.Thank you again...Dan, Paula, Ajou, Gio and Dina and staff!!! xxx

The rooms are spacious and nice for allowing natural light. The staff is above whatever the top rating system is that you use. My mother was in memory care for nearly 4 years there. We never regretted for one day the choice we made for her. The activities are fun and great for the residents to keep busy. But at the same time, if there needs to be quiet time, they can have that too. All of our interactions from techs and aides to the Executive Director (shout out to [name removed]) and Director of Connection Points (shout out to [name removed]) were top notch. Availability for communication with them was never a problem.

My mother has been in Memory Care at StoryPoint Bolingbrook for nearly a year and a half, and we could not be happier with the facility and staff. Watching a parent decline is incredibly difficult, and feelings of guilt inevitably creep in. Knowing our mother is cared for so well gives our family complete peace of mind. The caregivers truly treat her like family, and she is happy there. The staff are compassionate, attentive, and patient, and it is clear they genuinely care about the residents. We are very grateful to have found a place where our mom is safe, comfortable, and treated with such kindness every day.

The food is iffy. Activities are plentiful. Rent raises every year. They charge for every nit - picking thing they can think of. I have been here two years. Things have changed. Not For the better. I would look long and hard.

I felt immediate relief and a sense of peace moving mom and dad into StoryPoint. The daily report from them used to be whatever medical a chest pains they had. It changed quickly to what activities they did. The great meals they had, the caring staff and new friends.

From the first day I came I felt like I was home! I felt safe, secure, taken care of and loved. All staff were caring and capable always smiling calling me by name. Anticipating often my needs and making me comfortable. I love it here.

I was not excited about moving out of my home but my son was concerned about my health and after he had search for a place when I could get good health care and continue to meet people whom I had things in common with I StoryPoint and decided tis was the place for me.

Crafts and activities are my favorite! All of the fall crafts have been great. It makes my room look so festive.

This facility is absolutely wonderful. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. I love it here.

I chose this community for its convenient locations near churches, stores and restaurants. The food is great staff are professional and accommodating. I enjoy the fitness center. I also love the on-site beautician, bistro theater. Transportation is great for those who don't drive.

I enjoy the different activities they offer here. There are things to try regardless of your age or abilities. Having 3 meals a day prepared for me with out my need to cook or clean is great!

I'm happy here, It fits my needs in every way. 3 meals a day, outings for the residents. on site beautician activities to keep us busy.
