We initially toured Danbury as an option for our Mom as an assisted living facility. She started out upstairs and for the past two years has been down in Memory Care with advanced dementia. As a family we try to visit three to four days a week. There has been some bumps in the road but the past year has been much better with great care for our Mom. If one of can’t make it in for a visit because of illness or weather, we know that she is being taken care of.

My mother has been at Danbury for approximately 5 years, the last couple in Memory Care. The current Memory Care staff leadership has done a fantastic job pulling a team together to provide excellent care for my mother. The overall staff have been great and a pleasure to get to know. Their care for my mother has been excellent and very much appreciated. A special thanks to the current Memory Care leadership and staff.

My mother started out in the assisted living area of danbury. Management and staff were always helpful and showed that they genuinely cared for the residence under their watch. My mother enjoyed the daily activities and the quality and variety of food offered in the dining room. My mother is now in the memory care unit, and we feel that the quality of her care has been very good and the the staff has continued to show that they truly care for my mothers wellbeing.

Im so happy our family choose Danbury in Broadview Heights. The love and care for my mother is noticed everyday we see our mom. We are at peace and grateful to Danbury caretakers and nurses. The staff makes the decision to intrust the care of a loved one easier to accept.

I feel like Dad is home here at Danbury and so does he! They provide the best care they can and communicate with families regularly. As his need changes they work with him. The residents and family are like family now. We are grateful.

The integration of assisted and independent living and crossover of services. It's all about what the client needs. The staff are extremely helpful and always available to help.

Staff is wonderful! Everyone is kind and compassionate. Telephone communication can be challenging at times after the receptionist leaves. Family parties for the holidays, Veterans Day activities, and other events create a close community.

We’re are more than please with every department. Everyone is blind and helpful. I’ve liked the place since we toured it. Me and my family are happy. Everyone in the activity team is amazing. Everyone in the dining room is great. The care staff are wonderful.

The above are on it day in and out. These employees take pride in their work.

Overall a good place for my parent. Caring, good communication and we feel they care about residents.

I like it here. The food is pretty good. It's not like home cooking but they are cooking for 100+ people. I would recommend the food to everyone. If you're in a wheelchair you sometimes have to wait for an aide to assist you.

Very pleasant community. Aids and nurses and waiters are always ready to help when needed. I am independent living here and enjoy it. They took great care of my husband when he was living here also.

Danbury has been a great experience for my mother. She is well taken care of. She is involved in many activities. Staff is excellent.

I like it a lot. I like the food and people.
