Overall a good place for my parent. Caring, good communication and we feel they care about residents.

Everyone is pleasant and helpful caring.

I like it here. The food is pretty good. It's not like home cooking but they are cooking for 100+ people. I would recommend the food to everyone. If you're in a wheelchair you sometimes have to wait for an aide to assist you.

Very pleasant community. Aids and nurses and waiters are always ready to help when needed. I am independent living here and enjoy it. They took great care of my husband when he was living here also.

Danbury has been a great experience for my mother. She is well taken care of. She is involved in many activities. Staff is excellent.

Danbury helped me with a problem to get out of a high priced nursing home. I had surgery on my right leg that infected and had to wear 2 rings around my leg for 2 months + with 12 pins into my leg bone. I had signed with Storypoint in Strongsville and because of my situation Danbury accomadated me from 6/13 until 9/30/2025. My stay here has been wonderful and everyone here does a great job from reception and activities to cleaners and laundry. Most especially the food is better than my other facility and the help staff are great, everyone is very respectful, even though some of the residents arn't as polite as they shoud be. The activities program is well done with something for every one. I can't thank many staff members enough including Sara, Cynthia and Tom and Stacy in activities most of all Allison for letting me stay here.The drivers George and Rich, Angie and Felicia all great and caring people. I won't also forget everyone at the reception desk, you have a great staff and most all the aids are more than helpful. Tom Albert

To all that are looking for a safe place for your loving family memeber in need of care especially memory care that you can not provide Danbury Broadview Heights has shown me that it is possible to find wonderful loving people that truly love to care for them. Shout out to the memory care unit especially Sara, Cynthia, and Felicia from house keeping for all the love and care of my gift from God my mom.

I'm not your typical senior living resident I'm a stroke survivor with some didsabilities my husband was caring for me when he passed I needed care I moved into danbury 7 months ago a couple of months later a new excutive director felicia sillman was hired she conducts resident meetings to listen to and assist with our concerns she hw has made a very positive impact in the staff hiring top notch resident focused caregivers she can usually be found walking in greeting residents and caregivers by name and sharing hr ibfectious smile and laugh I can't recommend danbury enough

I visit my friend each week in and their memory care neighborhood. When I walked through the community, I am always greeted by Sara the activity person. she is very welcoming, and her smile brightens my day, She is so engaging and keeps me up-to-date with whatever is going on in the building. Sheila and laura who also work in activities are amazing people as well. Chelsea, one of the care companions who work in memory care neighborhood is very approachable, honest, caring person. She makes the residents feel welcome, saved, and engaged at all times when she's working.

Every time I visit here the residents are always happy and engaged. The staff is very friendly and sales and marketing director is very knowledgeable and supportive.

Danbury is an amazing place it's spacious, clean, and friendly with a warm welcoming. The staff and residents are all so friendly. Big shout out to Felicia and her management team. They truly are wonderful people who not only care about the residents and the residents' families they also care about their employees. Another huge shout out to the care team from the nurses, down to the resident's companions who work one-on-one with all the residents. They are more than happy to help and assist in any way that they can. Way to go Danbury keep up the good work.
