StoryPoint Brownsboro was beautiful. It was very well done and very clean. The staff has a lot of years of experience in senior living. They were very knowledgeable and very friendly. They have a full schedule of events. They have a lot of different club activities. They have crafts, bridge, and theater. So there was a very wide range of activities.
StoryPoint Brownsboro is the one that I'm interested in. It was beautiful and it was clean. The living area was beautiful and spacious, and there was a nice area for family get-togethers if we ever wanted to do that. All the staff members were nice. I was notified of special occasions and special activities, entertainment, and areas where my mom could do what she wanted. I don't have any bad words to say about it. The staff who gave me the tour was nice, very informative, and very patient.
StoryPoint Brownsboro was very nice and very clean. I liked the rooms. The staff answered all my questions and were very nice. I liked it. It was a nice layout. I know some of the places I toured didn't have a memory unit, and StoryPoint did. I liked the rooms. I think my furniture would fit in there nicely. The atmosphere was nice. They had a nice entryway and a nice open lobby.
StoryPoint Brownsboro Senior Living is a total blessing our family. Brandie, Sandi, Seth and the entire StoryPoint team is amazing. They have become an important extension of our family in no time. Thank you StoryPoint for all you do to keep my dad happy, safe and feeling right at home. We couldn't appreciate you any more.
My uncle just moved to StoryPoint Brownsboro. I've never come and caught him in his room. He's always been out in the common area when they're involved in games and they get him active in it. There's somebody pretty much helping him and right with him almost all the time. He is in memory care and he gets more personal care there. So far, it's been a much better place than where he came from. The staff is friendly and helpful. They're pretty much Johnny on the spot. Their food has been excellent.
A service industry can buy printed and broadcast advertising; however, trust, reputation, and goodwill cannot be purchased, they must be earned. In my opinion, this community has richly earned and deserves recognition for those attributes which we value so highly.
