I would recommend, I would just add that it's a friendly and welcoming environment, with good care. [name removed]the sales rep was great to work with. The small size, 48 residents and 1 floor layout, country setting, were big factors in my parents choosing this location.

I've been an Entertainer at story point in Canton since the 4th quarter of 2025. The residents are well cared for and the staff is responsive and detail-oriented. Having had my late mother in assistive care as well as a memory care unit, the quality of care at the retirement communities where I play is on my radar. You owe it to yourself and your loved ones to check out storypoint Canton and see if it's a fit for your family.

My husband and I have been looking for assisted living facilities for his mom, who is 88 and needs some additional help. We almost did not go to StoryPoint-Canton, because we had visited a lot of locations, but we pushed through and we are glad we did.We (Mom included) ended up choosing this community and so far Mom is very happy and doing well. We have visited many times and so have some of Mom's friends and everyone has been pleased. We are always greeted pleasantly.The facility was very clean and all the staff are very friendly, attentive and listen to questions. I ask ALOT of questions and had no problem getting answers. We have had no concerns contacting staff members when needed. During the week there are multiple activities throughout the day, the weekend is a little less active, but there are still things going on. The meals are very good. We spoke with other residents and they had nothing but positive comments.We are so glad to have found StoryPoint-Canton!

StoryPoint is becoming my home. I feel secure and taken care of. Staffing condition are improving. There seems to be constantly changing.

It is not uncommon to hear of some fun activity or outing when talking to my dad in the evening. The caregivers know my parents’ names and greet them cheerfully. The memory care team meet my mum right where she is, and it often changes daily or moment by moment. For example, if she needs to sleep longer, they accommodate and adjust the morning. We were told several times when we moved my parents in, this is your parents’ home. We were able to put their things on the walls and make their apartments cozy. The patio area outside of my dad’s apartment and the slider doors have been a huge blessing. It is not uncommon for me to walk in and find him enjoying a cat nap in the sun. We not only have found staff that we can entrust with our loved ones, we feel like we’ve gained friendships as well. The front desk personnel know my parents, several of our family members and engage us all in conversation while keeping an eye on all who come and go. We are thankful for StoryPoint!

My husband has enjoyed everyone being caring and this was the best choice for him. I would recommend this community for anyone at his level of care. Living close by helps tremendously. The staff tries their best

My mom has been a resident at StoryPoint Canton for nearly two years and it is a great for her. The staff is friendly, attentive, informative and accessible. She enjoys friendships with other residents, fun group activities and games, a variety of food (three meals a day) and, most importantly, the peace of mind in knowing someone is always there for her assisted living needs. The environment is clean, open, and modern and provides many amenities including a hair salon, movie room, spa, and convenient access to physical therapy. They have an activities calendar and opportunities to enjoy shows and entertainment, bible studies, craft vendors, emotional support therapy and an occasional day out. We're close so we can visit mom regularly and know she is receiving excellent care. If we have any questions or need help, the staff is always very responsive. Their hearts are in it! Thank you, StoryPoint Canton, for all you do in supporting mom during this very special chapter of her life.

What we like the most about the community is that the staff listen. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

My dad is adjusting well and the staff has been very supportive of his needs. It was tough on him after being independent for his whole life. Provision has worked well to encourage and support him and his needs.

Tatum & Ahmad took very good care of us. Ahmad gave us a great tour & showed us the nice view available. He made sure we knew that he'd be happy to hang my stepmom's TVs & help rearrange the furniture. He & Tatum answered all r questions. Sadly, they r located a little further away than I'd like & only have transportation for scheduled outings.

I would say all 5's. I'm happy with the facility. I thought it was a beautiful place , the staff were nice and helpful, the price was comparable. Very loving and caring for my mom. Very informative about her care.
