My advice to other families, no matter where they are going, is to always remember that they are advocates for their loved ones. It is important to establish clear communication early and often in the beginning to make sure your loved one is comfortable, and to make sure the facility knows your loved one and understands their needs.

The staff is all really helpful and nice but they seem extremely short staffed currently. We have especially noticed an extreme decline in housekeeping and much lower communication with the staff. They rarely return calls or respond to voicemails so I have to go over and interrupt to get answers to questions. They do have a new chef who seems very good.

A very friendly environment with a very wonderful community. Great experiences with the excitement for the next day.

Enjoy the many activities available and the friendly residents and staff.

This staff is led with very high standards. The leaders will step in and do whatever it takes to solve problems. It may not always be pretty, but they are 1000% dedicated to creating the best experience possible

All 5s, it has been a great experience so far. The staff are all very friendly. My dad tells us "this is a good place and I'm happy here. That of course is so important to us. The food is usually very good and the people working there are good at making sure that he has everything he needs. They know what he can and can't have. As far as cleaning of the apartment for the resident. I should have only given a 4. They definitely could do a better job and not so much turnover.

My experience from my first stay at this community has been great. Both staff and residents are friendly, caring, and helpful. This is a great place to live.

Overall great experience however food could be better but understand they are trying to accommodate many.

Mom has lived here for 6 months, She has an LTC insurance policy, and the insurance reimbursement is now an easy routine each month, we appreciate the medical staff, cleanliness of her apartment, and meals. There is something about the lighting that makes this facility more cheerful than other facilities.

We liked the fact that for the future they offer dual lift. In all of the areas they ranked near the top and we liked their location . I would recommend them to a friend but I would tell them to stay on top of them and to install cameras.. Early on their was too much staff turnover but they have been set for a while now are are doing a good job.

The staff is friendly; professional and helpful. Housekeeping is good. Communication is good. The meals are good quality and taste good, however they could possibly be healthier. I would recommend this facility to others.

Quality. From dining & meal options to resident care, Carmel has a real gem on their hands.

The management team is easy to work with. The size of the apartment and services were better than other locations for the price. The renewal comes up in February so I am waiting to see the progress and amount of increase. Part of the criteria for a location was being close to the senior citizen center and this is within 2 miles.

For the cleanliness, sometimes they get overwhelmed and with the care services, sometimes conflict between nursing staff and life enhancement staff causes slow downs in service. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families and already have.

Food is on point.
