I have had the pleasure of visiting StoryPoint Cedar Falls multiple times, and each visit has left a positive impression. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and feels warm and welcoming. The memory care neighborhood, in particular, stands out for its excellent management and compassionate care. The manager of the memory care section truly cares about the residents and their well-being, creating a supportive and thoughtful environment for everyone. It’s clear that StoryPoint Cedar Falls prioritizes both comfort and quality of life for its residents. I highly recommend this community!

Recently moved our mother into StoryPoint Cedar Falls. The experience far exceeded our expectations. Shalane did a fabulous job giving us the tour of the beautiful building and being an advocate for our mother. Every staff person that we have met has been incredibly kind and helpful. The resident community is also very friendly and welcoming. The dining experience is great with plenty of variety. Kudos to Victoria, Executive Director and Team for creating a caring and nurturing environment. We are grateful our mother will be part of this community!

We are in the process of moving our dad to StoryPoint Cedar Falls, the tour was amazing, everyone was so helpful and friendly. Derrick was instrumental in making our decision to move dad to StoryPoint Cedar Falls. We excited to see how he blossoms there. We’re so lucky to have such a nice facility in the Cedar Valley.
