Our initial point of contact at StoryPoint was Lisa Hawthorne, and her support was truly exceptional. She guided us through every step of the process with patience, understanding, and thoughtful planning—never applying pressure at any point. Lisa consistently went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, and her kindness and dedication will not be forgotten.Every member of the StoryPoint team was equally impressive—from Connie at the front desk to Mary, the director. Each person we encountered demonstrated professionalism, warmth, and a genuine commitment to providing excellent care and service.

Wonderful people, Wonderful property. All around a very pleasant experience.

Staff is top notch, and maintenance is very helpful and on top of facility.

Thankful for the amazing team at Storypoint on Mountain Creek Road. Their kindness and love for the residents shines through their daily work. The executive director goes above and beyond. She interacts with all of her staff and residents daily. I hear she really loves BINGO! The food is phenomenal. Holidays are always so much fun. If you want your loved one properly cared for and loved, Storypoint is who I recommend!

Such a beautiful place and friendly staff! I was so impressed with how active it was and the food looked delicious!!

I believe the staff took good care of my husband (who was sometimes difficult to handle). The staff was always pleasant and welcoming when I was there. Many of them expressed to me that they enjoyed working with my husband. I was there during lunch a couple of times and all the residents seemed to enjoy their lunches including my husband. The apartment was a nice size and had a nice view. I know they had activities but I was never there when they were having them. I had a key to his room and could visit anytime.

Great place! Very clean and maintained really well. The staff goes out of their way to be friendly and helpful. I really think that they deserve a 10 ️ rating.

No registered nurse on staff on weekends. Wonderful and tasty meals were provided. The activities offered were varied and very stimulating for the patients that chose to participate.

The employees are so sweet! She really likes that place.

I found everyone at Storypoint to be welcoming and genuinely concerned about how my Dad was settling in. They plan a lot of resident activities, which has been great for him.

My grandmother had been there when they first opened 25 years ago and it was a good experience so that was the main draw. Also some of the staff have been there for a long time which makes the community stronger. The smallest apartments are smaller than we anticipated but other than that it's great.

Overall, we are happy with our relative’s care. I wish communication about their life inside the facility was more often. In general when visiting the memory care area, one wish would be to have more coordination in activities.

This place provided special care for a special patient. They promised to work with me as his condition declined and they did just that to the end. Compassion for the family starts at the top and is carried through to staff and then to patient. A positive attitude and energy in all things and patience when necessary. Recommend this place to others constantly
