My parents have lived in this community since Dec 2023. The office staff, activities folks, dining staff and maintenance crew are very engaged and seem to genuinely enjoy serving the residents. The GM and assistant GM are very approachable. The grounds are well kept and beautiful, especially the ponds in the back. The only thing that has room for improvement is the consistency of the housekeeping services. Otherwise, I'm so glad that my parents have a safe and social place to live in their senior years.

I would like to compliment the staff at storypoint cincinnati. They are extremely helpful to me and my husband. The entire community is fabulous and everyone is so caring. If I could them a 10 out of 10.... I would give them an 11. I'm so grateful to be here.

The aides are amazing We have had a few problems with the apartment but maintenance takes care of it within a couple days. Sometimes same day. There is only 1 person I am not vibing with and that is the lady over the apartments. Like housekeeping and or issues with the apartment. She's not very nice. I think her name is [name removed]. The food is very good. I have no complaints overall.

What we like the most about the community is their friendly staff, and the location. The campus is nice even with the updating going on. The meals are good most of the time.

It was a hard adjustment coming from a very nice retirement community in sunny Florida but with my wife's declining health it was the best decision we could have made! [name removed] really likes it here and yes, we would recommend StoryPoint Cincinnati community to other families.

I have very few problems here and nothing worth talking about, except. I wish when they renovated that they did not take away our chapel it is only a room with tables.

To be honest I can would give it a 4. But she has not done well because she hates losing her home. She won't eat their food or go for activities. However, the staff are nice. I would recommend the community to other families.

Happy to be here. So many friends. The staff is always ready to help. I feel very safe here.

We have been so happy and pleased with NEC/ Storypoint over the past four years. The management, staff and everyone has been fabulous! Couldn't ask for better love and care here. My home.

The overall experience has been good. The food is awful. The residents have brought this to the attention of Story Point on many occasions. They did hire a new chef and things were better. Last month he left and the quality of food once again is very poor. They have done a lot of upgrades to the property and it's beautiful. The staff is outstanding.

My mom loves it. She has made many new friends and enjoys all the activities and excursions. She is very happy. Highly recommend. Good meals and lots of activities to keep her active. Encourage residents to make friends and stay active. Perfect for my mother.

My husband's brother feels comfortable living there. He likes the food and the facility in general. It's close to us so convenient to visit. Glad they are working on improving the buildings. The surrounding grounds are very welcoming. We are greeted every time we walk in the front door. It's overall a good fit for him.

The first time I walked in, I felt very welcome and everybody was so friendly and if I had any questions anyone would tell me what I needed to know For meals there’s a variety of options and they’re all delicious. We have many activities that keep us busy every day we’ve got games we have films We have a library in a craft room We have several different religions that have services on Sunday We have outings usually once a week and we have a bus that’ll take us to the grocery or doctor appointments or anywhere we need to go within a couple milesI am really happy that I moved here and I am very comfortable and it is Holmes to me and everyone here is his friendly and happy as I am

My Dad had a great one bedroom apartment with a nice patio. The staff was all very nice, and my Dad had a great experience there. He needed an assisted living facility, which is a where is moved to.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The facility is being updated and be beautiful when finished. Apartments are very roomy.
