Ken and His Team are a class act. Clean and Beautiful Property. You cant go wrong with Story point Collierville!

She still likes it there. They have been in the news due to the old directors getting arrested for stealing from residents. She really likes the people up there. I would recommend it

I explored the facility for respite care, the level of service I received is indescribable. I’m confident in saying Mamie treats everyone who contacts StoryPoint with the same level of care and compassion. I assumed Mamie was the owner, despite not using the facility, she has called to check on me 3 times in the 11 months since my initial call to StoryPoint. It’s evident that helping others navigate an unfamiliar time in their life is more than a job to her, it’s a calling and I am forever grateful.

I have been here a couple years and it just keeps getting better. Having been able to make so many friends here I feel they are like family. Enjoy joining friends for lattes on Monday morning and so many fun activities every day I stay very busy with no time to get bored. Our happy hours every week have great live music and include dancing to the music from the 50s and 60s.Food is very good and joining friends for dinner leads to much talk and laughter. If you’re looking for a great place I highly recommend checking out StoryPoint Collierville.

StoryPoint Collierville is such a great community. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the amazing front desk ladies to visiting your family you feel so welcome.Residents are extremely friendly and will stop and chat with you and your family while you are out and about in the building.It’s always nice being able to grab a cup of fresh coffee in the cafe any time during the day.

SPC has a caring professional staff that has the residents well being as their priority. We have a wonderful chef who has introduced new dishes along with homemade favorites. There are heart healthy options at most meals. A wide variety of activities are available. From a weekly “Happy Hour” with live music to Tai chi, Bible Study, chair exercise, book club, bingo, card games, a singing group and Sunday Services . Our bus is available for outings and shopping as well as transportation to Dr. appointments.We moved to SPC thinking we were moving to an independent living facility with help available as needed but soon realized that we had moved into a loving new family.

We moved into StoryPoint about 4 and 1/2 years ago, so we have seen StoryPoint grow. Our experience has been very positive. [name removed], the Executive Director of StoryPoint is very caring and supportive of the residents and staff. StoryPoint is certainly a wonderful place to live.

Story Point is à wonderful place to live. The staff and the residents are wonderful. The staff are respect full and accommodating.

The facility is clean, organized and the food is great. There are a ton of activities. The Physical Therapy and occupational therapy is a great option. The only negative is that it's quite expensive.

Beautiful facility, friendly staff and reasonable pricing. Yes, we would recommend StoryPoint Collierville to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I brought my children up to StoryPoint to do an Easter egg hunt. We had such a great time. The activities personal was amazing! This place is so beautiful and everyone was so nice! I plan to bring my parents here when they visit in the summer.

The staff really care about you here.The size of the one bedroom apartment is adequate for me. Included in the rent is one main meal per day, but you are free to be on different plan adding in breakfast , lunch or both for an added fee. There are also many activities to join. Bimonthly apartment cleaning is also included in the rent, as is weekly washing of towels and sheets.

My family realized that I needed more assistance and care than could be provided in our home. This community supported me with the opportunity and resources that I needed to improve my quality of life and recovery from seizures and strokes. I was also assisted with my activities of daily living. To this day I am fully functional and able to care for myself. There are multiple activities available to the residents: BINGO, outings, Exercise (Get Fit, TaiChi, and others), Bridge, Book Club, Balloon Volleyball, Chorus, Games, Happy Hour, Worship, Special Events plus additional opportunities .My community is filled with amazing people, from our executive director to the staff and residents. This is my HOME and it is filled with wonderful friends! We are a FAMILY!

StoryPoint Collierville is an excellent senior living location. It accommodates the various living stages of a senior’s life. Change is tough but SP makes it an easier adjustment to progress in living assistance needsThe various types of activities both inside the facility and outside keep a senior’s mind occupied

The interviews and tours were so comfortable and pleasant! I couldn’t wait to move in! Everyone was so friendly. I felt comfortable and relaxed.. the staff so obviously love their jobs. I was very impressed.
