I really love living here. All the staff is so friendly. The food is wonderful and I love my room. I love to do the activities, especially the arts and crafts. And I like the music that they provide for when we have vendors come in and play.

Independence Village of Columbus has been such a wonderful place. The community truly feels warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The staff are kind, attentive, and genuinely care about the residents they go above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable, respected, and at home. The building is clean, bright, and beautifully maintained, and there are always engaging activities happening that keep residents active and connected. It’s clear that a lot of thought goes into creating a safe, supportive environment while still encouraging independence and dignity. If you’re looking for assisted living where your loved one will be treated like family, Independence Village of Columbus is absolutely worth considering. The peace of mind knowing they’re in good hands makes all the difference!

Mom has been there for 3 years and always has gotten good care. Everyone has always been very personable and kind to her. She always has things she can be involved in and when we visit at meals the food is always good.

Looking for something for my friend. I came in to "check it out" before bringing her in. The front desk staff - [name removed] was extremely helpful and friends. [name removed] the sales manager was friendly and took time to take me around answering any questions I had.

I recently visited two residents at Independence village, and I have found that the facility is a very clean and well maintained place. The residence participate in several activities and the meals are created by a chef and his staff which is very tasteful.I found the atmosphere to be very friendly and homie while we were playing wii bowling!

I was very satisfied with the looks of the new renovated rooms, the friendliness of the staff as well as the food I had for lunch. The office personnel were very helpful and friendly and could answer all my questions.

My mother lived here for over eight years. She made lots of friends there and loved the convenience of having a lovely hairdresser and therapists right in the building. They have lots of fun activities. They take great care of the beautiful outside plantings and grounds! They also have a company inside the facility that you can hire for extra care if needed. They were always willing to listen to what you needed though they couldn’t always solve the problem. Stop by and have a meal and see what it is all about.

I have worked at this facility for more than a year as a contractor. Kyla the ED is amazing to work with. She has a bubbly personality that as contagious. Her residence love her as well. She will go above and beyond for her employees and residence. The facility and all of the employees are amazing!

We have been working at this facility off and on for more than a year. Working with Kyla has been a wonderful experience. She has a very bubbly personality. We look forward to do more work at the facility with Kyla.

Friendly residents, welcoming environment.Areas for improvement:Food -- less starch, no tomatoes, more fresh, less processed.Activities -- more physical, bird feeders with bird identification

I feel safe, secure and comfortable here, managing staff is outstanding.

Need a new shuttle bush and additional hours the halls and activity rooms has had no air conditioning this summer. Food delivery and quality are disappointing also need heart healthy entrees offered.
