at Independence Village Of Columbus

We helped move my sister into Independent Village. Any concerns we had were dealt with respectfully and in a timely manner. All of the staff we encountered were extremely kind and helpful. The facility appears to be clean and well kept.

A visit a friend at Independence village today and was very impressed with the upgrades they have made to the facility. I also had lunch, and I was very pleased with the menu and the taste of the food. As we walked throughout the building, I saw there were activities going on, and I saw that they had scheduled outings for lunches. I think this would be a good place to live.

Executive Chef Joseph is very kind and a joy to work with. Joe is one of my favorite customers that I deliver too. Every time I show up he greets me with a smile and kind words and asks me how my day is going. He runs a very efficient and professional kitchen.

I thought it was interesting that they are updating their rooms and they have refreshed the look to their dining room! While we’re talking about dining room, the food is outstanding and the Chef [name removed] he’s very knowledgeable in his menu selections! The staff is very friendly and helpful to answer your questions or needs. As I visited my friend, I noticed there was several of activities going on, and I read where they was having outings to various places.

I have participated in vendor fairs at this location and have loved it! The building is beautiful and has an amazing set up! The residents and staff are amazing! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! 5 stars to this location, staff and residents!!

I just had a very nice visit with my friend. The staff was so friendly,food was delicious and the building in clean and inviting. I like to visit during the activities. Especialy during bingo. I get a chuckle out of the residents. They have so much fun.

We love going to visit grandma, every time we go we notice the staff here are always kind and welcoming! I look forward to our meals together the food is actually really good. And let me just say… those rolls? Dangerous. I come to visit my grandma but stay for the rolls. It really makes our time together even more special! Thankful to have this place we love and trust!

I participate in vendor fairs held here and the location is always beautiful and aesthetically pleasing, the staff is super friendly and the residents are just icing on the cake! Enjoy my visits!

Welcoming Community and Friendly Staff!

My dad really enjoyed his respite stay at Independence Village. The staff is extremely attentive and caring. There are a lot of activities for the residents and my dad loved the variety in the meals provided.

Enjoy visiting my mother in law at the facility. She gets great care. She’s been there for about three years and has enjoyed it. Everyone is friendly to her and calls her by name. Anytime there is a maintenance issue or something wrong. It’s always addressed efficiently.

I recently visited a friend at independent village and I was very impressed with the building that was built in 2000 it is very clean and very bright. The people was very welcoming and friendly. The food was outstanding and I took pardon some of the activities.They had a band later on that evening and I very much enjoyed listening to the music!

I really love living here. All the staff is so friendly. The food is wonderful and I love my room. I love to do the activities, especially the arts and crafts. And I like the music that they provide for when we have vendors come in and play.

Independence Village of Columbus has been such a wonderful place. The community truly feels warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The staff are kind, attentive, and genuinely care about the residents they go above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable, respected, and at home. The building is clean, bright, and beautifully maintained, and there are always engaging activities happening that keep residents active and connected. It’s clear that a lot of thought goes into creating a safe, supportive environment while still encouraging independence and dignity. If you’re looking for assisted living where your loved one will be treated like family, Independence Village of Columbus is absolutely worth considering. The peace of mind knowing they’re in good hands makes all the difference!
