at Crestwood Village

I have been very pleased with Crestwood so far as a new home for my mom. When we were going through the process of looking at assisted living options, I found Crestwood's management to be much more responsive and helpful than other facilities. Everyone we have dealt with has been great, answering all of our questions, and making the transition for my mom as smooth as possible. The people at Crestwood seem kind, helpful and genuine. They offer a variety of activities for residents and encourage them to particpate whenever possible.

Crestwood Village has a very open, home like feel compared to many other assisted living communities. All of the staff there truly care about the residents, no matter what department they work in. Life enrichment activities are offered 7 days a week and there is a concerted effort to engage as many residents in assisted living and memory care as possible. This is a great place to be!

Great staff! People are so friendly. Autumn and April make everyone so welcome. It is the right fit for our friend. She enjoys the activities and the meals are great. You are at home when you walk thru the door at Crestwood!

It is so reassuring that someone is looking in on my mom and stepdad multiple times a day. Having someone else do the cooking has also been a load off my mom. All the staff are super kind and friendly. There is always a smiling face to help them with whatever they need. Special requests are always welcomed. There are activities every day that make them feel part of a community. I’m very happy they are there.

Everybody is friendly and very helpful. I like going to activity and trying new food.

It's pretty good. The help is good. The staff are helpful. They give other options when I don't like the food.

I enjoy living here with my husband, everyday is a new day.

I've been recommending this community to anyone who will listen since my dad became a resident. A Place for Mom is amazing. Very helpful and efficient. I would have been lost without them. I did not have a direction with placing my loved one in a community until I contacted A Place for Mom. Crestwood is very transparent. The staff and care team are courteous and helpful

My experience here has been okay. I like the meals here and bring our the activity outing. I always have visitors so that's good.

My experience in the last couple months has been going good so far. I have met new people and have gone my comfort zone. Everyone here are all so friendly.

Very nice facility, Evelyn was a great tour guide and answered all questions and engaged with Mom in a great manner. Facility is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Lunch was very good too

Crestwood has a team that cares and works with their clients in all aspects of living. My mom and I toured many places and she knew when we arrived at Crestwood this was the place she would live. There are lots of entertainment and activities 2 to 3 times a day, everyday. They can also tailor the food menu to your liking, for example, before dinner they will stop by and ask if you would like the dinner planned or if you wish to have something different. We have been very satisfied.

Dad has been a part time resident and is now a full time resident for the past two years. He truly believes he is the a great place as the staff takes good care of him. One of the things I really like is the range of care options for him. He is currently self sufficient, but will get the care he needs as things slow down.
