Uncle lives here and is clean and friendly. Food could be better but isn't bad. Lots of friendly neighbors. He seems to feel quite safe there. Independent living so no help other than light house keeping and 3 meals a day.

What a beautiful facility with amazing staff! I appreciated the cleanliness and welcoming environment. The activities for residents to create a community experience is incredible. I look forward to visiting my mom and for her getting to make friends.

What we like the most about the community are the extremely friendly and helpful staff. Facility was clean and well organized. The dining area was perfect and the food was hot and tasty.

Food as been hit or miss. High turnover. Activity director turnover has been high. Good one now. When he moved in they had a good cook and gave solid options. New management has been challenged with keeping a cook and offering options. Serving food hot can be a challenge too. Rate went up significantly after one year with no notice. So careful with that. Still reasonable overall.

A beautiful community! Friendly and accommodating staff. One of the things that really stands out are the Residents that live there, they are very happy and can’t say enough wonderful things about living there. That’s very reassuring.

I’ve attended a few events the village hosts for the folks who live there. The staff have been so friendly and warm, the grounds and the building are very well kept and designed, and the events were well executed and well attended. Be sure to check this place out if you’re looking for an independent living solution.

Independence Village is a great place for seniors to go and live independently yet have the companionship of other seniors their ages. With the meals included is a bonus and I love the option to be able to go have a meal with my mom.

My family member has lived at this location for the last 6 years. They have always had such wonderful staff, but they never seem to stick around. The owner has changed 3 times in the 6 years as well. With all that said, the amenities are alright. The food is pretty good most of the time. The programming for activities is hit or miss. The salon and in house PT are a nice touch. It is clean for the most part. Overall, we’re happy with Independence Village (formerly [community removed]).

My tour guide guide was efficient kind, knowledgably, able to show me around the facility and option of different rooms to reside in. Very helpful!

Thank you all for providing wonderful loving care to all the residents you bring smiles to those you serve. From housekeeping to mangers. Everyone is so kind and willing to help out always. From the beginning management called you by your first name. Made you feel very welcome. Very very disappointed with the meals.

Nice and clean facility, staff and residents are friendly. Feeling at home.
