Great experience - Very nice smaller community in a great location with a friendly and knowledgeable staff!

Devonshire is great, I'm guaranteed my father gets one good meal a day and he has a chance to socialize at lunch when he goes. [name removed] has been a delight and so very helpful and a friendly face every time I see her. My dad isn't much of a joiner for activities but from what I have seen lots of others are, the activities seen very well attended!

Mom needed a safe place to live and recoup following a month long illness. Have to say we couldn't be happier with the decision to place mom there. She is making friends, enjoying the activities and has become an advocate for them when people are touring the home for their loved ones. Staff has been great and are like family. If you need a safe place for your loved one to happily and safely live, check out Devonshire, Lapeer or any of their facilities. You will be glad you did. We are.

The staff has been wonderful! Everyone has been very personable and caring. The chef has been great. There's definitely activities. So for those that like that, I think they offer very nice events and happy hour and game night. It's a beautiful place always clean

My dad was there for 5 months. Our experience was wonderful. The care he received was wonderful. Our family came to know his caregivers and the rest of the staff and we can’t say enough, we are thankful for all of them.

The care that [name removed]received the brief time he was there was excellent. The downfall is there's no outside area for memory care for people to sit outside when they enjoy outdoor life.

My aunt has been at Devonshire for several years. She is 101 and I cannot say enough about the staff that has been taking care of her for all these years. Everyone knows her by name and takes excellent care of her. There are several events that keep her busy every day.

My dad was there for 5 months before he died and the staff there are so caring. We came to love all his care givers. And Sara, the ED there was so kind and caring. There are no sufficient words to express my family’s gratitude.

Having our Mom transition from her home to a place which provided care that she needed, was a difficult decision. From the moment We stepped into Devonshire We as a family and Most importantly our Mother were treated like family! The staff at Devonshire are some of the kindest, most caring people you could hope to care for your loved one. We visited often, met most all the staff at different shifts, All of them treated Mom, us, other residents and each other with kindness and respect. Sadly our Mom was very ill and passed peacefully with family by her side within the care of Devonshire staff and CorsoCare Hospice. We were supported throughout our Mother's stay, with kind words, ready hugs, and experienced professionals who really cared. I would recommend Devonshire to anyone looking for a place for a loved one, It's intimate family setting is wonderful, the staff and Management exemplary! Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Devonshire Management and Staff!

The care was very good. Staff was top notch making us feel like we were part time of the family. Meals and meal plan was outstanding, many activities throughout the day kept mom active. Our family was very grateful for the care that was given

The staff at Devonshire took wonderful care of my mother as she succumbed to cancer. I can't say enough about how kind and considerate they were to her in her final days when my siblings and I could no longer provide appropriate care at home. It was a relief to know that our mother was in good hands, and it allowed our family to spend time reminiscing and enjoying Mom's company while she was still with us. The staff made us feel like family there, and I can't thank them enough.

The Devonshire staff keeps these residents busy with fun activities and entertainment!! A great place for sure!

Devonshire is an amazing facility for the elder. They are very caring and compassionate about their residents. They have and amazing cook who prepares their meals. They have daily activities they do with the residents and I never seen so many smiles on the residents faces as I do at Devonshire. Definitely a place I'm glad to call my loved one home.

Devonshire is an awesome living community. ! We made the decision at the beginning of the year to place our dad there. We have had no regrets! The staff & other residents are a delight to be around. They have planned activities everyday & serve some Pretty awesome meals. They have anywhere from independent living, assisted living & specialized care. Check them out YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!
