Matt was very friendly and informed. I had previously toured the facility and was with my mother for this visit. Matt was able to keep the conversation on point during some stressful interactions. Independence Village is a lovely facility and they express true concern for their residents.

The staff is wonderful to work with! Activities, including BINGO, and other craft activities are planned and easy to do with limited mobility. The dining experience is good, but they are, and have been for some time now, looking to hire a chef. They all work hard to make living here enjoyable! I have also made a lot of friends! Getting to places is easy with transportation being provided.

Place is worth it. Has nursing and pt in it. Has prepared meals. We’re nice to bring meals to me after surgery. Also has activities such as bingo weekly. Physical therapy and kitchen staff very friendly

Everyone is so kind. You can tell they want their residents to feel at home and be comfortable in every aspect.

The young lady in the office is extremely helpful. I think her name is [name removed]. She had lots of helpful information. The apartment size is good for 1 person but the bedroom ilhas weird angles which makes arranging the furniture a little challenging. There are activities available if the resident is interested. My husband takes a while to get comfortable with new people. The staff checks on him regularly and encourages him to get out of his room.
