A fantastic facility! They took exceptional care of my father in law. I would highly recommend!

I was apprehensive originally, but it has been so easy to adjust, the staff and other residents make it easy! Staff is very helpful and kind. I’ve gone to various staff for various reasons and always got good responses from them. They do not make you feel small, no feelings of one person higher than the other. Never asked a question that wasn’t answered, which made it very comfortable and smooth. Very very extraordinarily pleased with my new home.

Office and staff in general are very open and friendly, all questions or problems are addressed immediately. I’ve lived here for 16 years and I love it here.Management is always available to answer any questions or concerns. We have had a water break that has caused some inconvenience but is being repaired.Previous owners would just patch the problem but Storypoint is fixing it right so repairs are taking a little longer than expected. They are also remodeling the building and apartments.Takes a little patience and understanding that the building will be better for everyone.

When I moved in there was a problem with the elevator not working. It has been fixed now. I would recommend. Right now they are remodeling the whole place. They had a water main rupture. The dining room is closed, but they are delivering our meals to our apartments. The food is good here. The people who work here a very friendly and helpful. If you need something fixed they are on top of it.

This community sits back off the road, blink and you'll miss it. Has recently been remodeled and has on going improvement projects. Staff is friendly and helpful. I was greeted upon arrival. If you're looking for a place, stop in and check it out.

A lot of fun with staff and friends the love and care they show is from the heart.

We would rate all the categories a 5. What we like the most about the community is overall it is a lovely place and the staff have been great. It's looks like a resort, the food is great, and the residents are very friendly.

Father in law was treated like family 10/10.

We can't say enough good things about Independent Village! They do and always have treated him and us like family. He's lived here about 5 years now.

We love that we've found such a cozy I friendly home for her. Her social life is thriving.

The staff is wonderful to work with! Activities, including BINGO, and other craft activities are planned and easy to do with limited mobility. The dining experience is good, but they are, and have been for some time now, looking to hire a chef. They all work hard to make living here enjoyable! I have also made a lot of friends! Getting to places is easy with transportation being provided.
