I am so relieved and grateful to share that we have finally found a loving home for my Auntie. My sister has been in memory care for 4 months here and she tells us she is very happy. The other residents are friendly and she is always busy doing something. My family attributes my sister’s well being to the dream team of Shervone and Hope and the individual attention they each provide. Hope always has a smile on her face, connects with residents individually and anticipates each resident’s needs. She is quick to help, skilled and creative and frequently sings (with residents accompanying) while she works. Shervone’s accountability and kindness make her a stand out. She is a professional through and through. We didn’t think we'd see improvement since things were already going so well, but we’ve experienced so many positive changes with Laronica back on the floor. Our family is so grateful for the care this dedicated team is providing.

The building is well kept up and recently updated. Her walk-in shower is better than any shower in my house! The food is plentiful and constantly changing with continual input from residents. There are frequent parties, holidays, and celebrations which offer different and elevated food options and fun. The fellow residents here have all been kind and welcoming. There are enough different activities each day to choose from to keep anyone interested. What really makes this place great is the staff. They are all very friendly and helpful. Everyone greets you and introduces themselves. From the gentleman who cleans her room, to the extremely welcoming front desk, to the office staff, and to every medical professional on staff. Everyone I talk to likes their job and working at Storypoint. All will offer to help you directly with whatever you need or find the person who can help you if they can’t. We are really glad that we made the choice to have mom live here. She is really enjoying her time.

I had the leisure of doing an event at this place and I had the greatest experience!! Jeanae Tripp set everything up, I really appreciated her outstanding customer service. And the lady she introduced me to was Megan! Who was fabulous as well and orchestrating the specifics and once I arrived, Destani made sure I had all the things I needed and was able to successfully carry out the event for the seniors! I would DEFINITELY recommend this place and I can’t wait to come back for another event!!

My mother has resided at Story Point for over a year now. She doesn’t need much assistance, just someone to supervise her showers. The staff is very conscientious about this and is dependable on keeping a schedule. Her room is cleaned regularly. The food is mostly good. Staff turnover is the norm for this industry, and they do a decent job of handling it. Recently my mom had to be taken to her hearing aid place on short notice, and they were able to get it scheduled for the next day. It wasn’t a bus day, so the administrator took her. When I send emails to the administrator about something, I get an immediate response. They have good activities for MU mom to participate in. She is happy there, and it gives me peace of mind to have her there. The people who work there are always very friendly and helpful.

I had the pleasure of visiting StoryPoint Farmington Hills in the winter with my Girl Scout troop. We were invited by the Executive Director Jeanae Tripp. We were welcomed with a warm smile and lovable staff. The residents were extremely happy to see the girls. We spent our time working on some arts and crafts. The girls especially loved making their holiday snacks. The place was clean, organized, great staff and everybody had a great time! We will be back for a future visit.

Storypoint Farmington Hills is a beautiful community. The Executive Director Jeanae Trip makes everyone feel right at home, and her leadership doesnt go un-noticed. The staff are caring, friendly , and always greet me with a smile. I love visiting this community and if any of my family members need care i know Im sending them there! Thanks Storypoint FH for providing a beautiful home and creating such a positive environment for our seniors.
