StoryPoint Fenton keeps residents busy and Mom thriving. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff communication has been great with verbal reports and online reports.
My parents will move to StoryPoint Fenton. It's warm and inviting. The staff was approachable and well-informed. With activities, there's nothing out of the ordinary. It's the same at all of the others. What sets it apart is the two-bedroom, two-bath.
A group of caring people, who are understanding and knowledgeable, helped move my mom into memory care, run smoothly. I am kept informed on her well-being and care, and am comforted knowing that she is in good hands.
What we like the most about StoryPoint Fenton is that the community isn't huge and is on one floor, which is nice for my mom to get around. Staff are really friendly, accommodating, and very patient. Residents are also really nice and welcoming. Yes. I would definitely recommend them to others.
Great staff and great programs offered at StoryPoint Fenton. The room sizes in memory care are appropriate for one person. They also have a large common area. I would recommend this community without any reservations.
A service industry can buy printed and broadcast advertising; however, trust, reputation, and goodwill cannot be purchased, they must be earned. In my opinion, this community has richly earned and deserves recognition for those attributes which we value so highly.
