The community is newer. Extra safety. Measures in apartments (infrared cameras to detect falls). Medtechs are nice and patient. New management started this past spring/summer. Several of the management has left, but it hasn't seemed to affect the daily life of my mom, which is good.

Everyone on every level of staff was extremely helpful, supportive, kind, and welcoming. I felt at home there as did my boss who was trying to accept his new "normal". The facility was clean...CLEAN! No smells or overpowering cover up of smells, I was very impressed with the entrance and comfort of the place as a whole. The residents were out and about walking around and actually doing the activities, which were catered towards all ages and stages of adulthood.

Christina has been thorough and professional. She has been so accommodating to our needs. But most of all she has been kind and friendly to my mom and our family! We are so excited for mom and my sister to be part of this caring community.

What we like the most about Provision Living is that the community isn't huge and is on one floor, which is nice for my mom to get around. Staff are really friendly, accommodating, and very patient. Residents are also really nice and welcoming. Yes. I would definitely recommend them to others.

A group of caring people, who are understanding and knowledgeable , helped moving my Mom into memory care, run smoothly. I am kept informed on her well-being and care, and am comforted knowing that she is in good hands.

You know that an organization is truly remarkable when every single person on the team (and I do mean "every") speaks openly of their love for those they serve, each other and the work they do. And, yes, it is love. There is a culture of love which stems from the servant leadership you see on display at Provision. While the facility, care, and food are superb, the people are exceptional. I will be ever grateful for the love shown to my mother, especially when she needed it most.

I am a care provider and I really enjoy coming to this facility. I always see friendly and smiling staff. The residents enjoy it here as well. Not many places like this one. Great work guys. Keep it up.

Great staff and great programs offered at Provision Living at Fenton.The room sizes in memory care are appropriate for one person. They also have a large common area.I would recommend this facility without any reservations.

Beautiful facility with multiple options, room/villa layouts are brilliantly thought out. The Director of Sales, Christina, is very kind and knowledgeable, not pushy at all. I look forward to my in-laws moving in and working with the Provision team!

When my mothers health started to fail we contacted Michael at Provision Living. We were needing memory care but at that time they were full. Michael suggested to move her into a 1 bedroom with the infrared security system for now and as soon as they had an opening she would move right in the memory care unit. This all happened very quickly and Michael and his staff were very accommodating and helping in everyway possible for a smooth transition. Visits were lined up in a day, our family met with all of his staff and went through all the paperwork and everything was ready to move forward when mom took a turn and we had to cancel her move. The staff at Provision was basically at our beckoning call to answer all the questions about her care and healthcare/medicare coverages. We were extremely impressed with the knowledge and resources they shared with us. Provision showed true professionalism & compassion handling everything from start to finish. Mom ended up passing away within a few days and never made the move to her new place. Michael handled everything on his end to cancel and refund her deposit. Beautiful facility with amazing staff! Thank you for all you did for us!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Provision Living at Fenton! We toured there while looking for placement for my Aunt. The entirety of the staff was friendly, helpful, and patient throughout! Christina was warm and instantly made a connection with my Aunt and continued to be a huge help as we speedily moved forward with placement. Michael was extremely helpful in facilitating a quick transition to move in for my Aunt. Both of them have the most wonderful and easy going personalities that instantly made us feel like part of the team and family at Provision. We met with Melissa and Alison who helped coordinate the medical side--both again were friendly and eager to help. We had a quick turn around time from tour date to move in date and I was continuously impressed how this team worked cohesively together and were willing to step out of their normal roles to keep the process going. This group made it an easy decision to place my Aunt with Provision--I have no doubt that they truly care about who is employed and taking care of our loved ones there.The facility is beautiful and obvious that a lot of thought has gone into making it be a comfortable place for people to live. My Aunt was thrilled with the kitchenette set up in the rooms! The completeness of chef made meals, structured activities on and off property, friendly staff, onsite nurses/PT/OT and brightness of decor easily made this property her favorite out of all the ones we visited!Highly recommend Provision Living of Fenton as a choice for your loved one! I have nothing but incredible things to say about our experience with them thus far!

We give them a 4 overall, not due to the facility but due to the limitations in nursing care. Limitations set by the State. However, it is a lovely place. Staff professional and very loving and considerate of clients. They offer many activities for clients and families. They always assist families and encourage clients and family participation.

I would say it's the best and I researched them all. Love the one straight hallway with only 16 rooms. Staff always 2 or more. Showers for privacy in residents rooms. So many other goods.

My loved one came here for a respite stay and they were awesome!The facilities are all on one level and basically like in a huge circle - the staff is extremely helpful and everyone I came in contact with was very personable right up to the director.
