Recently we attended on of their family night events. This was huge for our family when looking for a community for our mother. Family dinner was always something very important to us and when we learned that Story Point Findlay does this every single month, we knew this was the place. The food is always amazing, very well organized and always some type of fun entertainment. It helps that the staff makes us feel like we are family and we love that all management is involved in their events. Can’t wait until next month.

Very impressed with this community. Very glad my parents choose this place for my grandparents. Staff is great and so many great amenities. So far we have no complaints so far also really enjoy all the extras they do for their residents.

We are currently looking for a place my father. As we walked in, we couldn’t believe how beautiful the building is we were greeted by the nicest staff. The sales person was unavailable. However, the director took us on a tour and he was able to answer all of our questions. The chef sent us home a delicious meal for our father. I am happy to say that we will be moving our father into his forever home.

This past week, my family and I visited Story Point Finley for their monthly family event with my mother. I have to say hands-down this is the best community when it comes to events. Very well, organized, amazing food, and everyone that walked through the door was treated like family. I cannot say more about their family nights at this community.

I would give the staff, apartment and main facility a good overall rating. Food and dining experience is poor. Sometimes the food is not worth eating and is not as warm as it could be. A lot of residents complain. Events are lacking in my opinion. They're fair. If I had known more about the situation I would not have moved here. It is not worth the price that they charge.

This place is clean an has a very nice staff. These guys can answer any questions you have. A+ facility.

Recently we was forced to find mom a place to live as her dementia was getting really bad to handle and she was wandering out of the house. We looked at many places. We decided to call StoryPoint Findlay her home. [name removed] and [name removed] and the rest of the staff have been the best. We couldn’t have picked a better place for mom.

Went and toured this community with my friend who is looking for her mother. The amount of amenities this place offers is so incredible. Staff was so helpful and knowledgeable as well. I was very impressed with this community. [name removed], the director, gave us the tour he was honestly so easy to talk to and answered our questions. He even said if we didn’t choose them to reach out and he would help answer any questions as we are both new to this. Showed us he genuinely cared.

I visited my grandmother her the other day for the first time and ma this place is absolutely stunning. Staff was so welcoming and they made me feel so welcomed. So glad my mom choose this place for my grandmother.

Storypoint previously Provision Living is doing it right! six months ago, I got my mom situated into memory care. her diagnosis of Alzheimer’s and Lewy body dementia came as quite a shock. she was rapidly declining. in six months in memory care, I’ve never seen her so happy and content. mom especially loves watching movies in the movie theater upstairs. her caregivers are so loving and compassionate with keeping her dignity intact. mom’s appetite has even improved. The food is always hot and delicious.. I so appreciate when I do have concerns that they are quick to resolve them. The journey of watching a loved one succumb to this disease is hard. I am so grateful that Findlay has a place like Storypoint to care for our aging population. My only hope is that Medicare and Medicaid services would reimburse at an appropriate rate that Storypoint could then accept people with these only options as life savings can only take people so far. Thank you Storypoint and it’s amazing staff!

The star rating doesn't do justice here. Beautiful place to visit and very inviting. Even better, management and staff are caring, and responsive.The amenities are endless. The food, where families & friends are welcomed is delicious and healthy. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of staff who are upbeat and always accommodating. Congratulations, and keep up the good work!

I enjoyed having the zero transition shower. It was so helpful while taking care of my invalid husband. The washer and dryer were helpful to have. I enjoyed all the new appliances. But I think all the staff were wonderful. I want to thank the staff who helped me through the death of my husband
