The staff here is truly amazing. Every staff member knows the residents and gives them all the attention they need. Since my Dad moved into StoryPoint I have slept better knowing he is looked after by caring people and amazing technology.
I would recommend you check the community out for your loved one. The staff really make the community and are fantastic to work with. If there is an issue the staff quickly fix the problem. The food is good for my loved one.
What a beautiful community and A+ amenities. Restaurant style dining, state of the art safety monitoring, theater room, 2 bistro areas, exercise room, laundry rooms (free to residents), high end materials in apartments, community room, 2 outdoor seating areas, pickleball court, and a salon! It's like an all-inclusive vacation!
Pat addressed every concern we had with quick responses and accommodations. She gave us a variety of rooms to look at, all were beautiful and bigger than any other facilities we had considered in Findlay. The pricing is competitive, especially with the safety monitoring. We looked at numerous assisted living facilities for our mother in the area. StoryPoint Findlay was far and away our number one choice. [Name removed] and the entire staff at StoryPoint are excellent at their jobs and provide us peace of mind that our mother is being well cared for.
My Mom loves it here!! The staff is friendly, easy to talk to, and very helpful. Meal time is a social event 3 times a day! The chef meets with the residents to share suggestions for upcoming menus. Many activities are planned for each day. My family is very happy with our decision of StoryPoint Findlay for our Mom.
The community is beautiful. You didn’t leave out a thing. I love it here and will never regret coming here. Thanks for all you have done for me!
