The team at Story Point is great and my mom had a very good experience there! We appreciate how welcoming, caring and thoughtful they are and we’re so thankful for the care she received!

We have had a great experience. Our experience would have been even better if we had an overview of the facility routines and processes during move in. For example, specific laundry, housekeeping and meal times.

They are quite attentive to the residents. I am confident that my mom is well cared for.

Love living here. The people here are caring and loving and you will always get answers to all your questions,

Toured the Provision Living facility and was impressed with everything available. Unfortunately my mom’s care needs are more than what they can provide at this point.

Strategically located for improved family relations are very obviously important to the staff at Provision. Ryan was awaiting my arrival promptly.

My client and I had an amazing experience touring the assisted living with Provision Living at Forest Hills today We had tough questions about care and administration Ryan had answers that covered all aspects of care and very detailed information regarding the operations of the community What a delight!

Overall this is a beautiful facility with wonderful people. The right level of care was difficult to get. [name removed] who cleaned my mom's room is a peach. The staff was loving and supportive. We had trouble getting the right level of care for my mom. The chef [name removed]is wonderful. Making excellent food. I liked how they could always order from a menu. [name removed]thinks of wonderful activities. This place was beautiful and the food was great. You pay a little more for that.

Beautiful community for assisted living & Memory Care. Unfortunately, they could not accommodate our mother's insulin dependent needs being managed based on her CGM.

I was impressed with the rooms, how spacious things were, the activities, the staff. The dementia patients were known and cared for and stimulated

Beautiful facility with many great features and state of the art in-room safety electronics. The studio room is a bit small, but the 1 bedroom is nicely laid out with plenty of storage. The small kitchenette is perfect for the space. Homey touches throughout the facility are very nice and the dining options should appeal to most with enough flexibility. Bistro beverages and snacks provide even more options. The building was secure but with some flexibility for residents to come and go depending on their preferences and abilities. Plenty of activities and spaces both common and private.

Great place, great tour by Ryan. We ended up renting a unit for my father-in-law.

Ryan was very helpful and gave us important information that will help us as we evaluate different independent/assisted living facilities. Provisions Living seems to prioritize the individual needs of each resident. Ryan answered all of our questions and did not pressure us in any way.

My mom moved into the independent living the Villas at Provision Living when they first opened up in December of 2022. I can remember driving the staff nuts especially Laurel looking at all the units to pick one out for my mom. We found the perfect one for her. My mom loves it. She has great neighbors that she loves playing cards with, going shopping and of course eating out with. The staff is excellent Laurel, Ryan, Staci all treat my mom exceptionally well and always check on her. If you are looking for a nice place for your loved one check provision Living out.
