at StoryPoint Forest Hills

Great tour of the facility, including a resident, opening her villa for us to tour. Nice meeting with the chef food was a big concern and then having a lunch there a few days later. I’m doing this for my brother and sister-in-law who will be moving there as soon as there’s an opening.

I am very pleased with living at Story Point. The friendliness of stuff is wonderful, the food MOST of the time is great. I love my comfortable apartment. A good place to be.

The staff is very nice and helpful facility is beautiful. Rooms size is fine nice closet space available. Activities are great would be nice if they offered more on the weekends. Dining is ok it would be nice if more options on the regular menu

The caregivers at Storypoint Forest Hills are great to me. The people here make this feel like home.

It is very well planned out here. All the activities, the food. No glitches, no surprises and I like that. The dinding room is very welcoming. I want to emphasize how welcoming it is here. especially for someone new that doesn't know what to expect coming here. If there are any questions or concerns, they are taken care of.

I'm very comfortable. Everybody is friendly. They all have good personalities. I enjoy the people that are here vey much. Good attitudes, they try to help us the best they can.

Very pleased! Despite my early onset alzheimers I have made great connections and friendships with other residents and caregivers. The food is phenomenal and we love out chef.

It's turned out way better than I thought it would this is a big change that I was nervous for. The team here at Storypoint, the residents, and care givers have been wonderful and helped me become comfortable at home.

What I enjoy the most is getting to meet new people and share beautiful experiences with. Storypoint has been a beautiful experience for me and my family. Before moving I was all alone, but I'm surrounded by love.

StoryPoint Forest Hills has made several high impact changes in the last few months. The feel and dedication to care and environment are demonstrated daily. I am thankful for this team.

This was an extremely difficult time to get my dad placed and the timeline was tight. [name removed] and the stuff did everything possible to accommodate the difficult situation and hast my dad was going to be released from the hospital i wasn't able to shop. He made sure my dad's room had a bed that was fully dressed, dresser, nightstand and TV all set up.
