Beautiful facility, SUPER clean and elegant, and the best quality of care. Can provide assistance levels of all kinds for your loved one. It is an age in place facility so you never have to worry about moving your loved one if they decline. Plenty of activities and a lively community

I love Storypoint F.W.W.! The staff is very patient and understanding of the needs of residents. They listen to your Individual needs and accommodate. When you have a request for maintenance or special dietary, they resolves those concerns in a very timely manor

We’ve had a great experience with StoryPoint Fort Wayne West. The community has gone through many recent upgrades and improvements, and it really shows in the overall atmosphere and care being put into the property. The maintenance team, especially the maintenance director, deserves a lot of recognition for the hard work, responsiveness, and pride they take in keeping everything running smoothly and looking great. It’s clear they truly care about the residents and the community as a whole. Overall, a welcoming senior living community with a staff that works hard to continually improve the experience for everyone.
