I had issues with them filing my long term insurance claims correctly and timely. It was a recurring problem. Other than that I have no complaints. It was a nice facility and yes, I would recommend StoryPoint to other families based on the experience.

The housekeeping staff was very good. My husband was in memory care and in a wheelchair. it was hard for him to do a lot of things With the grounds I was able to take him for walks around the grounds. They kept me informed as to how my husband was doing. He was on hospice care so a lot of the information came through them. If I had a question the regular staff tried to answer them to the best of their ability.

I really love StoryPoint Fort Wayne West. I am so glad we chose this community for my dad. The staff has been nothing short of sweet ,kind and very caring. I am forever grateful for their knowledgeable and kind staff. They have this thing called 1440 and they really do care for their residents in that manner. I just want to say thank you for the Easter event that you all did. It was really fun for me and my family. Everybody there was really nice and thank you for the community event. My wife said her the children really enjoyed the event.

The staff are all so kind and caring. My mom has been there for 2 months now and even though she has severe dementia she is thriving. Every day she seems to be doing a little bit better. They care deeply about their residents and it shows. My mom was withdrawn and non-verbal in the beginning. Now, she is making funnies with the staff and actually talking some again.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff is truly amazing, The administration, dining services, kitchen staff, daily support tech’s, and housekeeping staff are all so wonderful. The other residents are SOOOO friendly and welcoming too. One big happy family. A issue has arisen with the billing, but even that has been overshadowed by the fantastic people. The facilities are extremely clean and comfortable too. The highly skilled kitchen and dining staff prepares good meals of high quality, but the meal options as requested by the out of town corporate leadership are sometimes less than appreciated. For those times when the daily menu is not appealing, a a la cart menu is available. Breakfast is an amazing experience EVERYWHERE DAY. So many choices every day. Better than IHOP in my opinion.. The kitchen staff is excellent. The highlight of Story Point West is absolutely the inner garden like expansive enclosed private courtyard. It’s such a gem.

I have lived that story point for over 3 years half is amazing. Me and my husband have a two bedroom with a great view of pond. Staff is so caring and attentive to needs. Enjoy social hour and the live music

Our mother has been a resident in memory care for two years. Our number one goal was for her to be safe and taken care of. She is that, here at Story Point. If there is/has been any bumps in the road or concerns, the staff has always listened and have done the best they could to resolve them. No where is perfect but we believe we found the perfect place for our mother to receive all the needs we believe she deserves. She is happy and comfortable. That says it all.
