Resident is well taken care of. Facility is well maintained.

The staff at StoryPoint are exceptional. They give loving care support to my mom. They tell her they love her. They hug her. They tell her everything is gonna be OK. They bend over backwards to make sure she has everything she needs.

Nobody is mean, very good people. Everyone takes good care of me. Good food waffles, French toast and watermelon. I love Sunday sundaes! I also like the musicians especially trombones.

The staff is so amazing and caring. So thankful to have them treat our parents like they are family. I would most certainly recommend them to others.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about StoryPoint Gahanna North. We found this incredible facility through A Place for Mom, and from the very beginning, the experience was exceptional. Their team helped us identify the perfect place for my dad, and StoryPoint exceeded every expectation. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel like family. [name removed] was a true standout during the intake process—his knowledge, patience, and follow-through were remarkable. He made a difficult transition feel manageable and reassuring. The facility itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, but what truly sets it apart is the people. The activities are diverse and engaging, offering something for everyone, and the residents are warm and welcoming—it truly felt like a community from day one. Special thanks to [name removed] at the front desk, who was always kind, helpful, and supportive. And I must recognize the amazing nurses. My father can be a bit stubborn at times, but they consistently showed him compassion, patience, and genuine care. Their dedication gave our entire family peace of mind. Although the cost is on the higher side, it is absolutely worth it. The level of care, attention, and community at StoryPoint is unmatched. Even after my father received a terminal diagnosis and we brought him home for round-the-clock care, we all felt deeply grateful for the time he spent at StoryPoint. He was safe, respected, and truly cared for. I wholeheartedly recommend StoryPoint Gahanna North to anyone looking for a loving, supportive environment for their loved one. It’s more than a facility—it’s a family.

I’ve been there several times with my husband; the staff is everyone ,is friendly and the food is great. They treat my husband very very well.

So far, so good.The team is very responsive and has done well to go above and beyond in assisting and supporting my mother when needed.I’ve appreciated the way the staff has kept me informed when my mother has had difficulties with things and how they accommodated her room change request.

I will give them a 5 for everything except the value, which might be in line with what it should be, it just seems really expensive to me. Staff are wonderful and so kind. My parents live in one of the cottages and the size is perfect.

My mother has been a resident for the past few months and has greatly enjoyed the activities and amenities offered throughout the facility. She has also appreciated the opportunity to meet many new people. One area of improvement we have noticed over time is the timeliness and responsiveness of the staff, which has been steadily improving.

Storypoint’s staff an facilities are exemplary. Staff are professional and caring. The facilities are maintained to a very high standard. The staff care for the residents on a daily basis from morning till night. No need is left undone from answering the phone to greeting visitors to preparing meals providing entertainment.

Wonderful home-like environment. The activity staff does such a good job offering many and varied activities for residents and families! I would like to have more security around the outside of the building including all parking lots. My family member’s parked car has been damaged twice. The dining areas are lovely. It seems they could use a little more meal ordering/serving help sometimes but overall the dining experience is great!

Story Point Gahanna staff are exemplary. I have found all staff to be very professional and focused on the care of the residents. Residents are fortunate to reside in this environment. I would recommend Story Point Gahanna to all.

it's pretty pricy but I think they all are anymore. The staff, they are all so kind and caring towards my parents. And the facility is really nice, I refer To it as "the Taj mahal of Senior Living"

My mother was a resident at StoryPoint Gahanna for about 3 years. At first she was pretty hesitant about leaving her home. After a few weeks she was happy to be there. The staff are friendly, caring and dependable. The building is always clean and well maintained. The nursing staff are all wonderful and cheerful. Mom felt safe and at ease. The food was very good especially when she ate in the cafeteria but mom had mobility issues that prevented her from being there regularly. She loved everyone from the physical therapy staff. I would give StoryPoint Gahanna 5 of 5 stars.
