at Gaslight Village

Whenever I visit the building is always clean, no odors, staff are smiling and you can hear laughter. Food always looks great and activities are always happening.

Staff is awesome. Love all the activities avaliable. Food choices are great.

I was upset when my family moved me here. But I have made friends with some. I enjoy working outside in the courtyard.

I was completely impressed because the residents that live there are never bored because there's activities after activities. The meals that are prepared for the residents that live there seem to be truly nutritious and tasty. The activities are fun activities such as bingo and games of all different kinds. The staff seems cheerful and perky. One thing I did notice is that the people who live there are not just sat in front of the TV all day and ignored they are constantly have stimulating activities. Family is always encouraged to participate

After visiting several times one of the residents ,I’m very pleased with the staff, activities, meals, cleanliness of the assisted living & memory care facilities. The staff are all friendly speak to the residents by their name & friendly smile. You couldn’t ask for a better safe place to have your loved ones enjoy each day. Can’t forget they have GREAT outings for the residents, today was lunch out to one of the nice restaurants close by. Thanks Gaslight village for the loving care you are giving

My mother recently moved to Gaslight Village and our whole family is thrilled with how kind and caring the staff is! Wonderful place!

The care was good, but I would tell others beware of attempts of frequent fee increases.

After visiting several assisted living communities, Gaslight Village stood out from the start. The care staff is exceptional—efficient, compassionate, and consistent. Their structure and follow-through help my mom feel secure and know what to expect each day. The life enrichment programming is also a highlight. There’s always something going on, and the staff thoughtfully adapts activities to meet residents where they are—especially important for my mom, who has vision challenges. We’re so grateful to have found a place that truly supports her quality of life.

This staff of caregivers are the best we've had since this whole adventure began. I look forward to visiting and I know [name removed] is grateful to be there.The folks that I first met when touring and becoming acquainted with the facility were exceptional. But once we moved [name removed] in I didn't see them again. They were very personable and helpful.

Answer 1 is a reflection of answer 4. For answer 4, there was a situation late in our stay when my wife was in hospice care there, where the 3rd shift staff refused to give the morphine prescription at my request. My wife was in serious discomfort. The staff person asked my wife if she was in pain, my wife being in the last stage of alzheimer's said no, so the staff person walked away, not taking my word for it and not medicating. The morning staff immediately medicated her. I reported it, but to no avail.

Very expensive! I was in a panic. Not many choices. I would recommend to others.

My husband spends more time out of his room. He doesn’t always participate in all activities, but he watches and has conversations. All the workers treat him well. He doesn’t feel like an outsider. He likes almost everyone who lives there and the workers.
