I had been struggling for a long time about putting my father into an assisted living community. You hear all sorts of horror stories and it was a major decision my family and I had to make. Im so happy we chose Grace haven. They are amazing and their staff actually care about their residents/patients. They have so many fun activities for him to do. He absolutely loves it. Thank you Grace haven for taking such good care of my father. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have had nothing but a positive amazing experience with Grace haven. They have taken such good care of my family member and I can't recommend them enough. Their staff are all amazing people who truly love their jobs and taking care of their residents. If you are hesitant and looking for an assisted living facility for your loved one try Grace haven.

LOVE Grace Haven! They seem to care so much about their residents and their well-being. They do all sorts of fun activities and really go above and beyond to make sure their residents are well taken care of and have fun things to do. I highly recommend them to anyone!

My 2 aunts have been residents of Grace Haven for several years. One is now 92 and the other one just turned 100! They are both very happy, and enjoy everyone that works there. Ive seen the staff interact with the residents, and I could not ask for better care for them!

I have 2 aunts at Grace Haven, St. Johns. One is 99 and one is 94. They are both in assisted living. Their apartments are very clean, the food is good, and they have so many events for the residents to do. They are both very happy to be living there, which makes me happy to visit them. The staff is great with all of the residents, and also friendly to visitors. Our town is so lucky to have a place like this!

I'll keep it short and sweet. This facility was amazing to visit. The building was very well taken care of and the residents there all seemed very happy and well taken care of. The rooms well clean, lots of natural light, and plenty of space. The staff was super friendly and helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Would definitely recommend this facility for anyone that is looking for a place for a loved one.

Having spent some time around the facilities visiting with a family friend, It didn’t take long to see this place is better than a lot of other places in the surrounding area. Friendly environment, clean facility’s, and people that care.

My mother was in a very bad mental and physical condition and needed 24 hr care.The staff was always nice and kind to her.My father came often to see her at first and later when I could bring him, because his health failed very quickly.The staff always provided a wheelchair for my mom,she couldn't walk,and then later for my dad he got extremely weak.My mother passed away from complications of a surgery she had to have.Three weeks later my dad passed also.He never recovered from mom's passing.The staff was very nice and kind threw it all.Thank you all

Very welcoming staff, that helped us move her in. In the Winter time the parking lot was very well maintained and had no worries. The building inside is up kept and tidy without being dull or lackluster. Overall had a great experience everytime I've been in Grace Haven.

I am very thankful for the staff at Grace Haven. Not only do they focus on providing a great environment, they make sure it’s enjoyable along the way. I was told to bring my grand daughter in for the mud party that was happening later that week. I had no expectations since I have never been to a mud party. The people leading the event were very friendly and you could tell they were just as excited as the next person. The residents were lined up ready to take their turn on the mud slide which was just amazing to see! And after they had gotten their fun, the staff jumped in themselves! Even if my grand daughter did not end up doing everything, you just know she had a blast. We were treated so well by the staff and included as if we were a part of the family. I would recommend anyone to come visit Grace Haven and see what they can do for you.

Grace Haven Assisted Living is truly remarkable. When we moved my mom into the memory care apartment, we were very skeptical about the new living arrangements, but the staff and community made the transition, peaceful and reassuring. I do not think that we could have moved mom into a better community. I now get to see a side of my mom that I have not seen in years, as she is happy, and truly proud to be a resident at Grace Haven. The management team at Grace Haven truly supports their residents and staff. This doesn't go without saying that we haven't had our fair share of hiccups along the way, but they have always been handled with grace and in a timely manner. Mom has now been at Grace Haven for nearly 6 months, and I truly think that it has bettered her quality of life more so than what we could have provided to her at home. Thank you to the Grace Haven staff, for always making sure that my mom is always cared for to the best of your abilities!

When I first visited Grace Haven, it was during their Bi-Annual event. This was my first time inside the building and it looked nothing like I imagined! They had a dance floor lined in straw bales, disco lights and multiple photo opportunities. After tearing up the dance floor I got to tour the rest of the community. I had thought that was the extent of the party until we got to the Memory Care portion of the building. More photo opportunities, more music, even a home made claw machine! The staff that put this event on clearly wanted to make sure it was a special occasion. I appreciate the time and efforts shown by the team at Grace Haven to make this event flawless

My experience at Grace Haven was wonderful. From the minute I entered the building I was greeted with smiling faces and friendly people. While talking with residents, I get the feeling their needs are taken care of as the staff always seem to know what needs to happen next. They are thoughtful and respectful which translates to great relationships with the people who live there and I think that makes a big difference. I would highly recommend bringing a loved one to this community for these reasons and many more.

When I first stepped into Grace Haven I was instantly impressed. They had an activity going with lots of residents involved. The staff is kind and the energy was so calm and relaxed. It’s a beautiful place inside and out.
