They are attentive, compassionate, and genuinely care about each resident’s well-being. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it shows in every interaction. Meals are thoughtfully prepared, delicious, and offer great variety. If you’re looking for a place where comfort, care, and community come together seamlessly, this is it. Highly recommend!

After touring multiple facilities around the Grand Rapids area after visiting Story Point Grand Rapids East I knew it was the one! Absolutely beautiful facility and staff is outstanding. While on tour Kristin was the best you can tell she has a passion for what she does. Thank you!
