I can’t say enough wonderful things about StoryPoint Grand Rapids East! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly feels like home. The residents are friendly and engaging, creating a strong sense of community that’s hard to find.The staff goes above and beyond every single day! They are attentive, compassionate, and genuinely care about each resident’s well-being. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it shows in every interaction.Meals are thoughtfully prepared, delicious, and offer great variety.If you’re looking for a place where comfort, care, and community come together seamlessly, this is it. Highly recommend!

After touring multiple facilities around the Grand Rapids area after visiting Story Point Grand Rapids East I knew it was the one! Absolutely beautiful facility and staff is outstanding. While on tour Kristin was the best you can tell she has a passion for what she does. Thank you!

I stopped by to consider options for my grandparents who were considering moving to Michigan. The building was well maintained and the staff were attentive and able to answer all of my questions and concerns. Although my grandparents chose to not move to Michigan, I would recommend this place to anyone looking.

Story point is absolutely amazing. The facilities are beautiful. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and have been an absolute blessing! Highly recommended.

After a few weeks of looking, Story point was the first place we visited that looked well kept, had a pleasant home like feeling and where staff were genuinely nice and welcoming. The manager went out of her way to help us during move in. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel at home and welcomed where they live!

From the very beginning, we knew StoryPoint Grand Rapids East was the right choice for our parents. The staff is caring, attentive, and truly goes above and beyond, giving our family real peace of mind.There are always great activities and events that keep residents engaged and connected, which has made a big difference. The amenities are well thought out and make everyday life easier and more enjoyable.The food you really can’t go wrong. There’s plenty of variety and it’s consistently good.Overall, StoryPoint has been everything we were hoping for and more. We’re incredibly grateful for the care and experience they provide.

Wow,..if you are looking for the right community/ family atmosphere, with great staff support for yourself or your loved one,..then I agree that StoryPoint Grand Rapids East is the place. Upon volunteering and supporting the families here, I've witness the great love and support the residents receive. The staff and residents have become a second family to me. They have numerous activities, great food, and plenty of community connections to help support the needs of residents.They know their resident's needs very well. On the medical side, I've seen them personally advocate for the healthcare of their residents to make sure proper care was provided by second/ third-party medical services.I believe they'll let you stop by for a tour to learn more.

When we started looking for a place for my parents, Story Point East was top on my list. Not only due to the fact they were close to my parents current home, but for many other reasons. The minute we walked in to the facility we were greeted by residents AND every staff that came in our path. The place is clean and you can tell the residents are very happy. Kristin was beyond AMAZING giving us a tour. I love that she made us feel welcome (and the cookies were good too lol). She was thoroughly, friendly, and even dealt with my dad's humor matching it at times (bonus points). After my dad passed, we informed Kristin and she invited my mom, my daughter and I to lunch for another tour. Out of every place we visited, Story Point East offered the most choices for food options at meals. When the chef heard we were coming they even made my mom's favorite dessert. Everything tasted so good, unlike other places I've attended to visit other family members. The outside atmosphere is beautiful and my family especially loved the enclosed area so we could bring our dog to visit. Having a chapel is a perk too. There are also a lot of activities on campus and trips off campus. I highly recommend S.P East. My mom is putting down her deposit and will be moving in in the future.

The community is safe, clean and well managed by the staff who truly care about the residents. The community is more affordable than some of the other SP locations in town, but the care and attention seem just as good as the more expensive places.

I liked most it was very clean & lots of activities. They can improve on problem solving. Yes, I would recommend.

The staff is nice... consistency lags sometimes in my dads opinion. They are clean and respectful... food is good.. apartment is good and they reply to work orders well. My dad doesn't do any activities but I see they have a plethora available. Very communicative staff overall good!
