Julie the Wellness director is amazing to work with and is so knowledgeable about the care of the residents. It is always a pleasure to work alongside her to coordinate exceptional patient care!

Warm, friendly. Food was great

Jan and I always have a wonderful time, when we go and share a fun Oldies Concert with the folks at StoryPoint Grand Rapids West! The folks are always excited to come and enjoy some music, and many get a seat early. We have fun talking with them before the concert. Bethane also seems to have a genuine caring for all of the folks, and works hard at getting the room ready for our concerts. The folks seem quite happy there, and have fun joking around with me. We look forward to going back there and many other StoryPoint communities many times in the future! Marty Miller

I would give them all a 5. Everyone is very nice there! Everything looks really nice, it's all updated and doesn't look or smell like an old persons home. I have only eaten there a couple times, but both times it was really good! I think they do a great job offering a lot of different activities for everyone.

Saying that the staff at Storypoint are "phenomenal" is an utmost understatement. From experience, I have seen the true care and deep compassion that these people have for their residents. They truly care and treat their tenants as if they are their own family. I cannot thank them enough for their extraordinary attention to detail to make sure my Grandfather was taken care of during his tenure at Storypoint West.

The workers are very kind and welcoming, and they always make an effort to help everyone feel comfortable. There are lots of activities available, which makes the experience fun and engaging instead of boring. Overall, it is a friendly place with a positive environment where there is always something to do.

Shannon Welihan is a very good ambassador. Besides her pleasant demeanor with me, I observed a very good, personal, loving, and empathetic relationship with several of the residents we encountered.

[name removed], the executive director, it's always friendly and helpful. [name removed], the activity director, does an excellent job of planning many activities. The activities assistant, [name removed], is very helpful and friendly. [name removed], who is in charge of the dining room is an excellent host. My experience here has been very positive.

Their staff is so full of love for the residents. They find a perfect balance of being attentive, sensitive, professional and approachable.We can't imagine them doing any more than they do everyday! It is nothing short of amazing!

So much thought has gone into here. They truly care about everyone that comes through the door. From the love they put into the food to the thought they put into the amazing activities and field trips. This is hands down a wonderful place that has been their heart and soul into each and every resident.

Awesome Community!The care the residents receive at this facility is top notch.They have fun and amazing activities for the residents daily.The food menu is well planned and they have a great selection.Rooms are laid out nicely and spacious!
