My mom moved in to Storypoint's assisted living about a month ago. I've been impressed with the friendliness of all of the staff and of the other residents as well. The food is amazing! I like that fact that she has her own private apartment, while still having access to the assistance she needs with personal care and mobility.

The staff, nurses, CNA's are some of the most kind and caring people I have ever met. They showed kindness and love to my mom everyday.

We recently moved my Aunt to Storypoint. The staff is incredible and we are very happy with the community. Our Aunt is extremely well cared for at StoryPoint.

When I moved in, I was very apprehensive but everyday it got better because everyone was friendly and helpful.

Overall I am very satisfied and happy.

Initially I had issues with my medication but StoryPoint did resolve the issue. Things have been going well and I'm happy now.

My physical condition and mental health and social life is gone up 100%. I am truthfully say I'm happy. I have a lot of freedom of what I can do.

Everyone here is absolutely wonderful. No complaints what so ever. An awesome environment.

I couldn't be happier! Everyone here is very welcoming and attentive. I have many new friends and am enjoying the amenities.

Storypoint is the best facility for assited living the staff true cares for the residents. They are friendly and compassionate. There are plenty or nice activities and great people.

It's been a fantastic experience. So beyond satisfied and I am there most every day. We appreciate the recovery much, this was a perfect fit!

This is in regards to the Housekeeping director Nichol Fuller. Even tho none of my family members are at Storypoint Nichol was a great help when the time came for my sister and brother inlaw to go into assisted living. They live in Az and it was a very hard decision. My brother inlaw as dementia and my sister has polio and has been in a wheel chair for many years. Nichol helped me undetstand the different stages a dementia person goes thru and shared a video with me. The advice she has given me as been so helpful. I feel as tho she goes above and beyond. Shes a very compassionate person who enjoys being and doing and caring for those around her. If i could move my sister and brother inlaw to Storypoint i would. I know they would get the care that they deserve and truly believe Nichol would see to that. There need to be more people like her in this profession. Thumbs up to Nichol Fuller.

My mom has been a resident now for 2 years. The care she is receiving is very comforting to her and myself. All of the staff has been very assistive. Being 2600 miles away I have been able to relay my questions easily and receive a response quickly. Mom is very happy at Story Point and enjoys the residence activity. She has so many friends there both Staff and residents.
