at StoryPoint Granger

In looking at facilities to move my sister into we toured many. After meeting with Tiffany and touring Storypoint in Granger we were so sure of our choice that we didn't hesitate to make the move. everyone was exactly as they presented themselves the day we met them. Helpful, attentive, and made us feel seen and heard. Phone calls answered immediately, Craig the director is so fast on the pick up, they knew our names and made us feel like humans. The facility is updated and bright, sit in the reception area for a bit and it feels like a vibrant, upbeat, friendly apartment complex. Even though the transition has been a hard transition for us as a family, the staff and facility have made it so incredibly easy. Such a needed tool when navigating new waters.

Storypoint was magnificent. The staff there was also first class. Everybody was very friendly and supplied us with all the information that we needed to make a decision.

StoryPoint is family and community….short and simple. Our mom was of course afraid and uncertain when she moved in, but everyone- and I mean everyone- was so arm and welcoming and compassionate. Every resident is called by name from the moment they’ve moved in. Family visitors are considered part of the StoryPoint family too. We are very grateful we found StoryPoint- our mom is safe and known and supported and cared for. We cannot imagine a better space for our mom. Thank you each and every StoryPoint staff person….front desk, nursing, administration/leadership, therapy and dining and activity and environmental staff. Thank you. (Ask staff about 1441 on their name tags)

I enjoy and appreciate using the Library at Story Point; however, it would be very helpful if books printed in large print were all in a special location area.

My mom moved in to Storypoint's assisted living about a month ago. I've been impressed with the friendliness of all of the staff and of the other residents as well. The food is amazing! I like that fact that she has her own private apartment, while still having access to the assistance she needs with personal care and mobility.

The staff, nurses, CNA's are some of the most kind and caring people I have ever met. They showed kindness and love to my mom everyday.

We recently moved my Aunt to Storypoint. The staff is incredible and we are very happy with the community. Our Aunt is extremely well cared for at StoryPoint.

When I moved in, I was very apprehensive but everyday it got better because everyone was friendly and helpful.

Overall I am very satisfied and happy.

Initially I had issues with my medication but StoryPoint did resolve the issue. Things have been going well and I'm happy now.

My physical condition and mental health and social life is gone up 100%. I am truthfully say I'm happy. I have a lot of freedom of what I can do.

Everyone here is absolutely wonderful. No complaints what so ever. An awesome environment.

I couldn't be happier! Everyone here is very welcoming and attentive. I have many new friends and am enjoying the amenities.

Storypoint is the best facility for assited living the staff true cares for the residents. They are friendly and compassionate. There are plenty or nice activities and great people.
