Caring staff, clean facility, family like atmosphere. Everyone takes safety and care seriously and goes above and beyond

I would rate each of these at a 5. We are very pleased with all aspects of Hathaway Hills! It's really clean and dad's apartment is very comfortable with a nice view and yard right out his sliding glass door. The staff is very thoughtful and patient, and has been very supportive of dad and our family. We appreciate the HH teams effort to get to know the resident and their family. Love that we're in a first name basis with many of them.

My loved one began here Hathaway Hills journey one month ago. I'm thrilled with the facility, safe environment program for residents. The management oversight and positive vibes. The caregiving staff me amazing professional attentive and loving. Cost are computable to in dusty standards.

very well maintained smaller facility in a nice quiet setting. Staff and residents seemed helpful and friendly. Wish units were larger.

Hathaway Hills is an outstanding facility. My wife Carol has resided in the Memory Care unit for about 8 months and the staff have been wonderful to her. They have several truly exceptional assigned staff who are diligent, caring and attentive to all resident needs. Executive management of this facility should also be applauded for great work. Highly recommend for anyone in need of such a facility.

My husband and I moved his parents into Hathaway Hills 2.5 years ago. We couldn’t be happier with the care and compassion they have received from all the staff. The administrator is very responsive and helpful. We are so thankful for all they do:)

Hathaway Hills is an excellent facility for memory care. We placed our mom on the unit in November 2024 and from the moment she walked into the facility it felt like home for her. The facility is very well designed to give each resident a very nice home like atmosphere with nice common spaces and light. The staff at the facility is also excellent . They have big hearts, much patience and understanding. They have lots of activities each day designed to give the residents a sense of normalcy in the midst of this terrible disease. I highly recommend this facility and am thankful we found this place for our mom.

Look no further, this team is exceptional and for the first time, I feel at peace that my mom has everything she needs and is well cared for. Thank you Hathaway Hills.

This is a very nice facility. Modern and updated. The staff are very friendly and in memory care they are very patient with the residents .If I could make a suggestion, it would be nice to have a little more activities during the course of the day. Since the residence don’t leave the facility, they need a fair amount of activity to balance out their day.

Cleanliness was a big reason we chose this facility. That plus the staff to resident ratio, which is good here. They're very friendly and help the residents with care as well as doing a number of activities.

The staff at Hathaway Hills has been awesome! I cannot say enough about how blessed my family feels about my mom's transition into their Memory Care unit. At every step of the way, from the first moments my mom entered the facility ( under protest) she has felt the care, guidance, happiness, and love from the staff towards her and the other residents. The communication from staff to our family is outstanding. We receive almost daily updates on mom's progress including pictures that depict how happy and content she is in her new home. Honestly, we feel so fortunate to have found Hathaway Hills.

I am only 5 weeks here, but I have met a group of people of people playing games. Other ethnicity. They are very help without a grunt. I still are meeting.

The staff at Hathaway is top notch! Our mom spent the last year and a half with them. Starting in assisted living and then moving to the memory care unit; she was given appropriate activities in both. I appreciate how caring and dedicated each and EVERY person on staff is no matter there position. It meant so much to know that our mom was safe, happy and so well cared for.

Hathaway Hills has the most loving care staff. They treat everyone like family.
