Hathaway Hills is an amazing community for seniors for both assisted living needs and memory care. I have been able to see first hand how caring the entire staff leads with compassion and dignity for each of the residents that live here! I would absolutely choose Hathaway Hills for my loved ones if the time ever came.

I have heard nothing but good things about this assisted living and the staff is absolutely amazing and would go out of their way to make sure residents are well taken care of.

I can’t say enough good things about this assisted living community. The staff go above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable and respected. They are patient, kind, and always willing to help. The community is well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities to keep residents engaged. It’s clear that the team genuinely cares, and that makes all the difference. I want to recognize the Executive Director for their outstanding leadership. They are professional, approachable, and genuinely care about both residents and staff. You can see the positive impact they have on the entire community. It’s reassuring knowing the community is led by someone so dedicated and compassionate.

Hathaway Hills is a great place. The care team is amazing. They always go above and beyond their duties to make each resident happy and most important they make the residents feel loved. The residents are like family to the care team especially the ones that are often forgotten by their actual family. Keep up the great work, you are all amazing

I get to visit and serve at Hathaway Hills regularly, and it’s a truly heart-led team! You can feel right away that people matter here. There’s a natural sense of connection between residents, families, and staff that just feels real. You can feel the difference.

From the moment we walked in we were welcomed, it felt like home, everyone was friendly, happy and made us feel like we mattered. Every person we met was polite and the residents were all happy.

The care and support my grandma received there was outstanding. The leadership there takes everything very seriously and handles everything professionally and fairly. I can’t say I’ve ever seen any place that has as many loving and dedicated caregivers. They treated my grandma like their own and many others as well.

This community is amazing! The building has an at home feel! The food is amazing and they offer variety while honoring diet restrictions. The staff is outstanding! Friendly, knowledgeable and you can tell they actually care about the people they care for. Such a great experience.

Overall, it’s a great place with a strong community feel, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.I've been reading the comments about how they have "other priorities" due to a fee. They still need to follow procedures and the staff mourn their deaths too. They take amazing care of the people in living. With that being said, I believe this place needs more recognition for their outstanding care rather than some "fee" that they charge.

Easily one of the best facilities I've ever stepped into. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is professional yet welcoming. The equipment/amenities are top-tier, and you can tell they prioritize cleanliness and maintenance. 10/10 would recommend.
