It's really clean and dad's apartment is very comfortable with a nice view and yard right out his sliding glass door. The staff is very thoughtful and patient, and has been very supportive of dad and our family. We appreciate the HH teams effort to get to know the resident and their family. Love that we're in a first name basis with many of them.

Hathaway Hills is an excellent facility for memory care. We placed our mom on the unit in November 2024 and from the moment she walked into the facility it felt like home for her. The facility is very well designed to give each resident a very nice home like atmosphere with nice common spaces and light. The staff at the facility is also excellent . They have big hearts, much patience and understanding. They have lots of activities each day designed to give the residents a sense of normalcy in the midst of this terrible disease. I highly recommend this facility and am thankful we found this place for our mom.

This is a very nice facility. Modern and updated. The staff are very friendly and in memory care they are very patient with the residents .If I could make a suggestion, it would be nice to have a little more activities during the course of the day. Since the residence don’t leave the facility, they need a fair amount of activity to balance out their day.

The staff at Hathaway Hills has been awesome! I cannot say enough about how blessed my family feels about my mom's transition into their Memory Care unit. At every step of the way, from the first moments my mom entered the facility ( under protest) she has felt the care, guidance, happiness, and love from the staff towards her and the other residents. The communication from staff to our family is outstanding. We receive almost daily updates on mom's progress including pictures that depict how happy and content she is in her new home. Honestly, we feel so fortunate to have found Hathaway Hills.
