at Heritage Hill

My mom moved into thd Memory Unit at Heritage Hill in Caro 20 months ago. It's definitely a 5 Star facility. The staff is fun, compassionate, and loving to all of the residents there. There's always something fun going on for the residents to enjoy. Once a month there's a bus trip to fun destinations like a Tigers Game, Veterans Museum, Art Museum, and out to lunch at great restaurants. Recently PT and OT moved into the facility which has been wonderful for the residents. The food is outstanding with Chef [removed name] at the helm and I never hear complaints. The Christmas dinner menu for residents and their families thus year is like dining at a gourmet restaurant! The vibe is it's 'homey, family, and neighborhood', you feel that when you walk in. We couldn't be happier about having our mom there!

I would give a 4-5 on each category. What we like the most about the community is that the wellness Director and Activities Director are fantastic! All staff we have met are very helpful & cheerful

Heritage Hill is a wonderful community for senior living caregivers treat each resident with compassionate care. The facility is clean and well maintained. It is an asset to air community and a blessing to the families they serve.

Heritage Hill event have been a lot of fun this years. Between the streak cook out and the generation week their was a little something for everyone. The staff at the community seem very attentive.

I visit here often. I am always impressed with the warm, welcoming environment! The staff is very friendly and the residents seem very content with the homey environment.

Staff is very friendly and loving to the residents. I do wish that for those who have cardio/ respiratory issues they would monitor vitals more than every 30 days

I went with my friend to visit her relative. I highly recommend taking a peek and getting some info if you're family is in need of a great place. The staff was incredibly kind and right there in minutes when needed. I didn't eat but the smell from the kitchen was fabulous. I highly recommend Heritage Hills.

I am very impressed with Heritage Hill, not only is it very clean but also all of the staff are very friendly. I love how many fun activities that their are for the residents to do! Sure looks like a fun place to live!

Hands down, best decision. Starting with the staff in every department is amazing. They really care and include everyone. The communication from every department is awesome. There is always something happening from games, exercise, music, happy hour, great food and so much more. It is clean and well maintained. If you are hesitant check it out, schedule a tour. They take care of everything from laundry, food, meds, and clean the rooms or apartment. They assist when needed. It is a happy, friendly place. Our mom is enjoying life and loves all the activities, food, and walking inside. We are lucky to have this place, which she can call home.

Heritage Hill is a great place and we are so lucky to have it. The whole staff cares and includes everyone, there is always something going on. Check it out, best decision we made. Our mom is enjoying all the activities, food, and the caring staff!
