The facility is beautiful, the apartment is spacious and light, and the staff goes above and beyond to be helpful to both the residents and their families. My brother has lived at StoryPoint Hixson for several years, and it has been a great home for him. Everything there has been wonderful, and you can tell the staff cares about the residents and watches out for them. If it hadn't been for them notifying me that my brother wasn't acting like he normally does, I am not sure he would be here today. My family members have lived at different Independent living facilities in Chattanooga, and StoryPoint Hixson by far is the best one.
I found my 'home' when I moved into this community! The staff has beautifully carried on with the legacy of 'all things bright and beautiful.'
