However the present activity director does not show enthusiasm for previously established activities and has displayed activities and has displayed a lack of concern and wishes of residents. My mother and I recently looked at Danbury as an option for her. She opted for the nearby sister building, Springwood, and its independent living, but we were both so impressed with Danbury and are happy to have it there should the need for more assisted living arise down the road. Madison was so helpful and kind in showing us around and answering our questions, and the rest of the staff seemed topnotch. The building is beautiful with wonderful amenities, including the restaurant, and the location in Hudson is hard to beat—quiet and peaceful and surrounded with nature. What a wonderful community!
