My mom has been very happy with the food and there are lots of activities available. Unfortunately, she hasn't been participating in them. I think the only thing that could encourage her to engage would be face-to-face outreach. As far as I know, there hasn't been anyone checking in and inviting her to things since the first week or so after she moved in. They have a newsletter that lists out all the goings-on. So it's not that she lacks the information.

Annual cleaning - awesome good-good.

Since I hae a previous commitment, I got back at 3pm. However I was very impressed with the decorations which were still up for the Frank-Ella Show. I heard very positive remarks about the tea and food before dinner was special too. The pictures taken that were taken and turned into royalty were just so special for all that participated. Tiaras for all were beautiful.

Beautiful facilities, and they're always making improvements! Kind staff, good communication!

Building is newly renovated. Crisp clean look. An amazing dining room and auditorium. Staff is very helpful. Enjoyed a very excellent created meal! My friend who lives here is treated with the most heart warming respect.

The chef’s table dinner was wonderful and plenty of food companionship and hopefully they’re gonna have this monthly. We’re all very excited. Thanks to all the storypoint in employees who make this possible.

On 2/22/2026 the Dining staff at StoryPoint Kalamazoo served a private three course Chefs Table dinner for eight residents that was as good a dining experience as one would find in the best fine dining restaurants of any big city. Complete with soothing background music, three attentive servers, two talented chefs, and a gourmet menu, the evening was a total success. I understand that they are planning to repeat this concept on a monthly basis on a first come/first serve plan for the first 10 residents who sign up each month. This is a great concept that is well worth repeating. A+

Appreciate so many employees here. They are friendly cheerful and very helpful. A place you know you can have help if you needed. Meals may be difficult with so much sodium. Working on that. Transportation is wonderful-especially in winter, and bless the front desk.

Could not have been better under the circumstances. [name removed] has gone above and beyond as have most staff I've has the pleasure of meeting.

Clean and well maintained facilities. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely nothing not to like! Cleanliness and peaceful. Wonderful setting and outdoor spaces.
