Beautiful facility! All of the staff are so friendly, warm and welcoming. Would feel very comfortable sending a loved one here.

The whole experience of transferring my sister in law to assisted living from NH to Knoxville was so much simpler than I expected thanks to A Place for Mom and their amazing, efficient, supportive help. Several quality facilities of the type I was seeking were quickly suggested, and though the urgency of finding a suitable place quickly was addressed, I still never felt pressured into making a choice for her that I might later regret. I chose StoryPoint in West Knoxville and I am so happy in that choice. The staff and caregivers are so positive, friendly, and compassionate and have impressed me often with their appreciation of each resident's individuality, personality, and individual needs. All of the residents seem happy and content, and that was one of the first things I noticed. The cleanliness and freshness is outstanding. From my first meeting with Noah and for every day since then I have been very pleased with our experiences. I was very concerned about how my sister in law would adjust to this Assisted Living facility, but because everyone has gone out of their way to make her feel welcome and included, she is quite happy and content. I can't recommend A Place For Mom nor StoryPoint of West Knoxville highly enough. We are so grateful for the help in making this transition go so smoothly.

What we like the most about the community is that they were very easy to work with initially and helped get everything handled and have remained very responsive to concerns and been able to answer any and all questions

I love this place and the staff is my family and friends. I have here for years and still love it. Couldn't be with better here for years and still love it. Couldn't be with better people.

My Mother has been at StoryPoint for 11 months. I can't say enough about this facility. We needed a place ASAP and we were so blessed they had one room open. Since she has been there I don't have to worry about her. She is getting great care and she loves the staff there. They really go above and beyond everyday!

StoryPoint is like home. Every time you walk in, everyone is so nice and welcoming - you just get the feeling that when you leave, you don’t have to worry about your loved one’s care. Their Memory Care is truly special too, lots of programming, a lot of staff that specialize in memory needs, and it’s clean.. something that it seems like they’ve spent a lot of time working on.. doesn’t seem that their management is constantly turning over either, which is hard to find.

The staff is wonderful and amazing! I completely trust with my aunt’s care. The food is amazing and it’s always clean. Would highly recommend anyone putting their loved one here!

StoryPoint is a facility that provides excellent care overall. The administration oversees day to day operations and addresses issues that arise promptly and always with the resident's wellbeing as the primary focus! It has been a wonderful experience for our family and loved one who is a resident!

I have a very good friend that lives there in memory care and I have to tell you that place is amazing , the staff there is very kind and even the management is there is on the floor helping taking care of the residents. They all work so good together. I would highly recommend this place.
