This place provides wonderful care. They have lots of different activities for the patients including live music.

Every patient appears well cared for all common areas are neat and clean.

Dad has been at ST-knoxville for 4 weeks now. The staff has been so kind and proactive in helping dad to adjust to his new lifestyle. He says there is much to do. Special thanks to the lead receptionist [Name Removed] who makes everyone so welcome and treats all the residents as memebrs of her family.

Storypoint staff and resident are all so welcoming and pleasant to work with. It is a joy to come here and serve the residents.

Everyone, especially receptionist, who assures all my questions and has been a guide to services. All staff members do an excellent job. I am completely satisified with storypoint.

My wife’s mother lives at Story Point Knoxville West since October 2025. She has flourished and we love the place! At 96 years old she still lives independently but we have great peace of mind knowing she has super support around her, if needed. We would absolutely recommend Story Point!

We spent a long time discussing the nutritional needs of seniors with dementia and are excited about the commitment that story point has to meeting nutritional vneeds.

I was with a friend who was visiting her grandmother in assisted living. This was the first time I had ever visited an assisted living community. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming. She knew my friend by name. Every employee we walked passed said hello or smiled. My friends grandmother walked us around the building and introduced us to her favorite caregiver. She also told us she was going to play Bingo that afternoon and asked us to come back and play with her and her friends the next time we came for a visit.

Story Point has been wonderful to work with! They have accommodated multiple visits by the future resident and family. They answered all our questions. They have been as flexible as possible. All the residents we saw looked happy and healthy. The food in the dining room smelled great! It is a little more expensive, maybe 5% more, but it is well worth it.

I know this may seem like I'm trying to make my answers easy to do... with no exception a 5 and better if we could, on all 8. [name removed] is the healthiest and happiest she has been in 3 years. Friendliness, quality, staff, food... all of it. We 100% could not be happier or have chosen a better place and would recommend this community to other families.

Moving my mother to Storypoint Knoxville has been a truly positive experience. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with warmth and genuine care. The staff is exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure my mother's comfort and well-being.The community is beautifully maintained, offering a welcoming and homely atmosphere that immediately put my mother at ease. The variety of engaging activities keeps her active and social, which has greatly improved her health and quality of life.The team at Storypoint Knoxville is attentive and responsive, addressing any concerns with professionalism and empathy. It's reassuring to know that my mother is in such capable and compassionate hands. I highly recommend Storypoint Knoxville to anyone seeking a caring and supportive environment for their loved ones.

Beautiful facility! All of the staff are so friendly, warm and welcoming. Would feel very comfortable sending a loved one here.

The whole experience of transferring my sister in law to assisted living from NH to Knoxville was so much simpler than I expected thanks to A Place for Mom and their amazing, efficient, supportive help. Several quality facilities of the type I was seeking were quickly suggested, and though the urgency of finding a suitable place quickly was addressed, I still never felt pressured into making a choice for her that I might later regret. I chose StoryPoint in West Knoxville and I am so happy in that choice. The staff and caregivers are so positive, friendly, and compassionate and have impressed me often with their appreciation of each resident's individuality, personality, and individual needs. All of the residents seem happy and content, and that was one of the first things I noticed. The cleanliness and freshness is outstanding. From my first meeting with Noah and for every day since then I have been very pleased with our experiences. I was very concerned about how my sister in law would adjust to this Assisted Living facility, but because everyone has gone out of their way to make her feel welcome and included, she is quite happy and content. I can't recommend A Place For Mom nor StoryPoint of West Knoxville highly enough. We are so grateful for the help in making this transition go so smoothly.
