Toured this beautiful assisted living facility with Michelle. A very lovely place indeed! Residents seemed very happy and well cared for.

The meals and dining get a 5+. They have to check in and tell me what awesome meals they have every day. They haven't taken part in much on the activity end yet, but they have a very nice schedule of events. They are beyond happy, which is awesome because they were very skeptical at first. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families!

The place was new and beautiful. The people were kind and friendly. Administrators. Very helpful. The actual care was hit and miss. They did not have enough workers. They made me think they were a 24 hour care facility. And what I understood was that somebody would be there to assist and help. There is only one person there on the Night Shift and I don't believe that they checked on my dad as often as they said they did or would. We paid the top amount because of his situation. Which also made me think that they would give him more attention. It's a learning experience. I will know more than next time.

It is a newer facility so cleaner that others. The new Director and Nursing directors are making changes that needed to be make before we moved in that continued to be problems during our first year. They are committed to making it the top community in the area. They food has improved. While there are still issues, I believe we are in a better position than we would have been anywhere else.

Beautiful facility. My mom loved the food, the staff, and the bright facility. Her studio room had plenty of space. She also loved the activities and field trips that they took. Highly recommend.

I would recommend, however new executive director just let the Wellness Director go so we are in a little bit of limbo currently. She knew the residents very well. Mom is very comfortable/content here. She loves the food. I however am here a lot because I choose to be. If I were not, she may not be as content because I help out with a lot.

The staff were always attentive to his needs and cared for him like a family member. The staff would answer any questions and concerns we had. If they didn't know the answer they would investigate or direct us to someone that would. We made the right decision for our father to live at Provisions.

I liked how the place looked. It was new, nicely decorated, clean, nice layout. The staff was mostly very friendly. They didn't follow through on some of their promises. For example, there was no hairdresser or activities director for months. Other employees tried to fill in with activities, but often they were often understaffed.

Beautiful new construction. Receptionist and tour guide were very professional and knowledgeable. I love the place just was not affordable for my sister at all.

The entire staff from direct caregivers to housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen, front desk treated my mother with respect and dignity. Mom started in assisted living but moved to memory care when her dementia worsened. The assisted living activities were plentiful and thoughtful. Live music, Easter and Mother’s Day brunches to name a few. In memory care mom received lots of attention thanks to the excellent patient-staff ratio. But it’s not just the quantity that is significant. It’s the quality. They didn’t just brush her hair, they styled it. Her socks always matched her shirts. Her nails were polished to perfection. They knew her favorite foods. The front desk staff knew all her family members and would report to us on how she ate or who came to visit that day. It wasn’t just my mother they looked after. More than once I received hugs on days when witnessing mom’s decline was more than I could bear. I can’t thank Pat, Raelene, and the entire staff enough for helping me navigate a difficult stage in my mother’s life

Raelene was truly a pleasure!!!

My friend who lives there is concerned that laundry days seem to vary and her basket of clothes is often overflowing. Maybe more workers need to be hired. It is a beautiful place and the staff are pleasant and welcoming. It really is a lovely place. There are even a couple of therapy dogs that visit weekly. I suggest interested people tour the facility and see for themselves. It's impressive.Also... there's an inner courtyard that's easily accessible. It has a number of outdoor chairs and benches and even a barbecue. It just recently opened since the weather improved. It's a safe place that allows residents to get some sun and fresh air whenever they choose.

While we did choose Provision Livonia, on the day my father was supposed to move in, he was hospitalized for emergency surgery. He was not able to move in. They were kind enough to give us a full refund, with a little persuasion.

Provision Living of Livonia is a beautiful facility. The staff were all very nice. we even got to try some of the food and it was good. The reason we did not choose this facility was because of how small the apartments were.

Given that Provision Living is a newer community it is still very nice and is kept very clean. It is a well laid out smaller community and based on our experience so far we would recommend them to other families.
