We have lived here for 4 months. Everything we need is provided here. The staff is attentive and friendly. If we need something it is provided. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The people that work there are all very caring and friendly. They do a really good job with activities and keeping the residents engaged. I would like there to be better communication about things going on at the facility. An example, I reached out to ask if they were doing flu shots for the residents. I was told yes, the date and that I needed to sign paperwork but then never heard anything else. I feel that the facility should have reached out to let me know that was happening and asked if I wanted my mom to be involved instead of me having to reach out and ask only to have no follow up.

The staff of Maple Lake has been very gracious and very particular when taking care of my aunt, they have shown patience, empathy and a willing to go above and beyond to make sure her needs was taken care of. Which has made me a Advocate for their program, I will and have suggested their establishments to other people in need.

My mom recently moved to Maple Lake when she could no longer live alone. It’s such a comfort for me to know she is happy in her new place. The staff are cheerful and very attentive, grounds are beautiful, and the building has such a homey atmosphere. She’s enjoying the activities and letting someone else cook the meals (they’re delicious too). It wasn’t an easy decision to sell her home but seeing how happy she is, we know it was the right decision.

We placed my dad at Maple Lake in Paw Paw based on reviews and location. Placing your loved ones into the care of others is so scary and we were not sure what to expect. From day one the staff treated him like their own father or loved one. I thanked God every day for finding this gem right in our area! They became our 2nd family and went above and beyond for my dad on a daily basis right thru to his end of life care thru their hospice connections. I was absolutely blown away by their incredible care and love for dad and also for our entire family. Many of the staff became great friends who I miss very much. I would recommend Maple Lake to anyone needing care for their loved ones u will be very thankful that u did!

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Very welcoming and inclusive. Thoughtful activities to engage residents. Food is fantastic! It was the best place for my aunt to be.

We moved my parents into Independent living after noticing my mother started showing signs of dementia. They were able to enjoy their lives at StortPoint for many years. They both loved all the activities. When it became difficult for my dad to care for my mom, we moved them to enhanced living. The loving and caring staff were phenomenal! [name removed] was especially helpful and formed such a bond with my dad. My dad sadly passed away at the age of 99 on Christmas Day. We moved my mom to the memory care community. It has been great experience, my mom is flourishing! The staff is A+ and professional! It hasn’t always been easy, but the caring staff and care workers have made our journey much easier!
