Lots of home runs but some strike outs. Too many food shortages before food truck deliveries arrive. Dining rooms getting better. Most staff are friendly.

A few of the caregivers are excellent! Staffing is sometimes questionable? No CG should ever work alone all day. Good results for the cost I feel safe and happy here.

This community in perfect for me. I have been living here 4 years and I love it. The food, the nurses, all helpful, caregivers are great.

StoryPoint is an excellent care facility. Only main concern is the shortness of staff + back-up staff. Best thing is the quality of staff & their caring and concern for residents. Meals have been good, but a little inconsistent.

Mom loves the food and attention she gets for meals and help during the day. Apartment sizes are just right! Not too small, easy for mom to get around and very bright, new looking.

StoryPoint couldn’t be anymore amazing, it’s a wonderful place, and a very lively community. It’s great that not just the staff but the residents treat each other with love and kindness.

Everyone is friendly and accommodating with my brother. They are very responsive. The food and cleaning staff are excellent. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are searching for a community.

I My parents recently moved into StoryPoint East Independent Living, and it has been one of the best decisions our family has made. From our first visit, the staff was warm, patient, and genuinely caring, making the transition smooth and reassuring.The community is beautiful, welcoming, and well maintained. The dining is excellent, and there are always activities and social events that keep residents engaged.The biggest change has been with my mom. While my dad was already active, she had been struggling with mobility and wasn’t doing much. Since moving in, she is up, moving, socializing, and participating daily. In my opinion, this move has added years to her life.Seeing them happy, safe, and thriving gives our family incredible peace of mind. We are so grateful.

They have excellent staff and facilities. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

Our mother has been in this community for a little over 4 months now and we are very happy and pleased on how she has adjusted. It was a major move for our mom, but she is doing very well.The facility is very clean and they do a tremendous job with holiday decorations and events.Also, we find the food to be very good and a nice variety.Overall, her experience has met / exceeded our expectations.

Toured StoryPoint Medina this summer while researching care facilities for my 80 year old mother. StoryPoint was far and away the best facility we visited in the region. New, clean and well maintained with a competent and caring staff.We moved mom into StroyPoint in August and it has continued to exceed our expectations. She is happy and considers it “home.”

My experience at StoryPoint has been great. When I came, staffing was strong. As they have cute back staffing, it has slowed response time back (caregivers and servers) Ratings are 5 when staffing is full 4's when not nursing staff has been outstanding caring, compassionate and patient. When staffing is cut back (example: one caregiver at night). Or: absent are also caring and compassionate. Of all the places I've been this is the best facility and menu and activities. I especially appreciate the exercise provided everyday OT, OT etc are great but they too have had personnel changes frequently. Health care turnover in all fields of personnel seem high.

I have made so many close friends here that I feel I am surrounded by family, so much so that I referred my own sister who moved in as well. I love living here just fine
