Storypoint Medina has been a home for my Mom for the past two and a half years. I cannot say enough good things about this senor living facility and the people who work there. Storypoint Medina has a large number of activities available to keep residents active. The meals are great, and they offer a good level of variety. There are even regular events where family are encouraged to join. Resident apartments are modern, clean, bright and roomy. Storypoint Medina is also pet friendly, which works out great for my Mom. I would like to offer our family's many thanks to Laural, Michelle, Christina, Alisa, Nikki, Lauren, Candise, Kendra, Alli, Andy, and all of the other staff that I am forgetting but have so diligently looked after my Mom in such a dedicated manner.

Thank you Diamond for a great tour. Your community is beautiful and the residents seemed very happy and engaged. The staff was very pleasant.

The director, sales administrator, kitchen staff, aids, nurses, activity staff and rehab staff are all great. The only person we ever had problems was the property administrator with some billing. Mostly just getting her to reply in a timely manner. My mother really liked it there and the staff.

My mom and I had a wonderful experience getting her situated and moved in from across the state. Everyone was welcoming, understanding, and answered our questions and concerns. The facilities were nice and felt very modern. We chose to move forward with them and so far everything has been great!

5 out of 5 on all. Mom passed away a month in. But I couldn't have been more pleased with the place. Yes, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience. Everything was top notch

The staff was so helpful and friendly. They were always there to help my mother in law. They answered all are questions and needs right away. The food was great. The facility was always clean. We loved the green space all around. The residents were also very friendly. We would highly recommend this facility.

In mid-December my parents asked me to research assisted living facilities in the Medina, Oh area. My Dad had difficulties walking and was getting weaker by the day and my 94 year old Mom fell recently and broke her leg and was in rehab learning how to walk with a walker. My Mom and I visited Storypoint in early January and was greeted by a wonderful woman named Christina. She listened attentively to my Mom explaining their situation and her wanting a place where Dad and her could live and get help when needed. Christina explained their concept of an 'aging-in-place' community. This concept supports older adults remaining in their new apartment home as they age. People are evaluated to determine the right level of care needed to meet a senior's needs. Christina determined right away that my Mom was independent and needed no additonal help but my Dad would be assessed to determine what mobility help he would need.We then took a long tour of the facility. Christina introduced Mom to several other seniors walking the halls and lounging outside the dinner restaurant waiting for dinner to start. The on-going conversations was lively as people were sharing stories, listening, and enjoying connecting with others.I could go on and on with this review but if you are interested, take a chance and go on a tour. Feel the senior vibe here at Storypoint and possibly join this vibrant senior community!

Well I'd say they are were trying to make life easier.

Keep me active. A lot of new friends. Admin friendly nature out for us. Love the new adulting group.

Hard to keep myself busy-hard time with other resident engagements. Overall I like the staff and how much they try.

Outstanding staff who try to make is happy and fulfil are needs. Bright cheerful atmosphere with interesting things to do.

By and large staff and cheerful, friendly positive. They try hard to please residents.

I like Story Point. It is a happy place to live very caring staff.

Lots of things to do people just need to take advantage n=morning and lunch services are great but dinner needs attention but the staff all try and overall its good.

Story Point has a team that cares about the quality of life of their residents. They are willing to investigate and utilize various outside resources that are beneficial to older adults, while many other senior communities in this area are closed off and refuse to invite helpful organizations into their buildings. Story Point treats their residents with respect and works hard to make each person feel welcome. This is a senior community that I would recommend to any older adult who is looking for a caring and compassionate place to call home!
