I My parents recently moved into StoryPoint East Independent Living, and it has been one of the best decisions our family has made. From our first visit, the staff was warm, patient, and genuinely caring, making the transition smooth and reassuring.The community is beautiful, welcoming, and well maintained. The dining is excellent, and there are always activities and social events that keep residents engaged.The biggest change has been with my mom. While my dad was already active, she had been struggling with mobility and wasn’t doing much. Since moving in, she is up, moving, socializing, and participating daily. In my opinion, this move has added years to her life.Seeing them happy, safe, and thriving gives our family incredible peace of mind. We are so grateful.

They have excellent staff and facilities. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

Our mother has been in this community for a little over 4 months now and we are very happy and pleased on how she has adjusted. It was a major move for our mom, but she is doing very well.The facility is very clean and they do a tremendous job with holiday decorations and events.Also, we find the food to be very good and a nice variety.Overall, her experience has met / exceeded our expectations.

Toured StoryPoint Medina this summer while researching care facilities for my 80 year old mother. StoryPoint was far and away the best facility we visited in the region. New, clean and well maintained with a competent and caring staff.We moved mom into StroyPoint in August and it has continued to exceed our expectations. She is happy and considers it “home.”

My experience at StoryPoint has been great. When I came, staffing was strong. As they have cute back staffing, it has slowed response time back (caregivers and servers) Ratings are 5 when staffing is full 4's when not nursing staff has been outstanding caring, compassionate and patient. When staffing is cut back (example: one caregiver at night). Or: absent are also caring and compassionate. Of all the places I've been this is the best facility and menu and activities. I especially appreciate the exercise provided everyday OT, OT etc are great but they too have had personnel changes frequently. Health care turnover in all fields of personnel seem high.

I have made so many close friends here that I feel I am surrounded by family, so much so that I referred my own sister who moved in as well. I love living here just fine

The director, sales administrator, kitchen staff, aids, nurses, activity staff and rehab staff are all great. The only person we ever had problems was the property administrator with some billing. Mostly just getting her to reply in a timely manner. My mother really liked it there and the staff.

5 out of 5 on all. Mom passed away a month in. But I couldn't have been more pleased with the place. Yes, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience. Everything was top notch

The staff was so helpful and friendly. They were always there to help my mother in law. They answered all are questions and needs right away. The food was great. The facility was always clean. We loved the green space all around. The residents were also very friendly. We would highly recommend this facility.

Well I'd say they are were trying to make life easier.

Keep me active. A lot of new friends. Admin friendly nature out for us. Love the new adulting group.

Hard to keep myself busy-hard time with other resident engagements. Overall I like the staff and how much they try.

Outstanding staff who try to make is happy and fulfil are needs. Bright cheerful atmosphere with interesting things to do.

By and large staff and cheerful, friendly positive. They try hard to please residents.

I like Story Point. It is a happy place to live very caring staff.
