Everyone there is very nice. They treat my mom very well. They call me right away if something happens to my mom. They have activities for the residents. They just had a Christmas tree lighting event. With quartet that came in and sing for the residents. It wasn't easy for me to put my mom in Assisted Living or Memory Care. Forgot to mention my mom has dementia. I am glad. I chose Medina West. Caroline and Megan really helped me through it. They also do support groups once a month for family members of residents who has dementia. I highly recommend Medina West.

Our mom joined the independent living side of Medina West family in January. The experience has been nothing but fabulous. The facility is a 5-star resort. They have fabulous dining, wonderful daily activities, and an amazing staff. She recently has spent 5 days in Assisted Living to regain her strength from surgery. Once again, the experience has been wonderful. They offer in-house physicians and OT/PT in both Assisted and Independent living. The owners along with Adam, Ryan, and Jessica could not be more wonderful. We are so glad Mom is part of Medina West family. Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful experience!

We looked for a long time to find a place we would be comfortable with for dad. StoryPoint checked off all of our boxes, cleanliness, therapy dog visits, events, atmosphere, a variety of people and a program which includes day trips and activities. The employees are all very nice and caring people which adds to your peace of mind. If you are looking for a place for dad or mom put Echelon on your short list and pay them a visit.

I cannot say enough great things about this facility. Clean and welcoming, really making it feel like home. The facility executive director, Chrissy, is absolutely wonderful. She goes above and beyond for the residents and family; ensuring you’re comfortable and at peace with having a loved one under their care. Truly a great place!
