My parents have found a second home in these halls surrounded by caring, compassionate, warm, relatable, and genuine angels. The facility is spotless (and odorless - very important) 24/7/365. Meals are delicious and fresh. The leadership team is responsive and never makes a family member feel like they’re asking too much. Trust your family to StoryPoint Germantown- I have!

We have been here since January 2026. We foind out that we had to go to assisted living and this was a highly recommended place and we are so glad that we came here.

The move to Storypoint Germantown was an easy transition for my mom who moved from out of state. She immediately made friends and connected with all activities. She is so happy which makes me very happy.

Anyone needing to find a senior living facility is doing their family a big injustice if not visiting Storypoint Germantown before making a final decision. My wife had been in the hospital several times and was eventually told that she needed a skilled nursing facility. Our daughters visited several facilities before telling us they have found a perfect place for us and we should see it. We were impressed immediately. Not only was the outside very stately, but the interior design just made us stop and admire. After being here several years I can honestly say I cant imagine a staff more friendly, courteous and caring. Multiple activities including movies, live entertainement, outside functions, like picnics, garden visits, theaters, nice restaurants, and seeing famous locations around memphis always gives us something to look forward to. We were especially pleased to see a daily devotional and weekly catholic communion service were offered. Several of our friends have moved here giving us even greater pleasure. My wife died over a year ago and I am so glad we were able to be in a place where we could enjoy our final years. My family and I can certainly say, we made a smart decision. I highly recommend Sotrypoint Germantown.

To be honest, I have absoolutely no complaints. Wish I could help in some small way, like ne writing pens. But I think the people are all great. Activities are important to me. No computer no. Have not lived here long yet! But certainly pleased thus far. Thanks.

The Cove community at Storypoint has been so wonderful! After months of my MIL bouncing around between countless facilities and having nightmare-ish experiences everywhere else, we can finally sleep well at night knowing she is safe at Storypoint. She is well cared for, and the staff go out of their way to support her in any way they can. We live out of state, and this is the only place we've had zero trouble finding someone to answer questions on the phone, where they are actually willing to talk with us. The staff has gone above and beyond to coordinate with us on virtual doctor's visits, and making her living space cozy and comforting, even though we can't often be there in person. It's remarkable that every time we call, we get an update on how my MIL is doing that day and what she's up to, and no one even has to go check because they've already been interacting with her and are truly invested in her wellbeing. And when we are there in person, everyone is incredibly kind and supportive. (One nurse, I think her name was Dee, even bounced my crying 10-month-old baby for 10 minutes and sang “The Wheels on the Bus” so I could use my breast pump thank you again!!) This place really is a gem, and so are the people working there! Thank you Jackie, Abigale, Dee, Deanna, Kay, Brandy, Debra, and everyone else at Storypoint.

Let me put it this way: I feel I have made a good choice when I made the decision to live here at Story Point. The staff, surroundings, and residents have made it a desirable home.

We have been so pleased with all the amenities and staff at StoryPoint Germantown. My mom (82, early dementia) is enjoying the many activities and friendship there. The staff is always keeping me informed of the happenings and always willing to help Mom with little issues, like her phone or tv. This has been the perfect balance of independence in her apartment, and additional eyes on her without the need to have sitters. We highly recommend, especially if your loved one is living alone and would enjoy the company of others. It is more like a cruise ship on land than an assisted living! Don't miss sharing the live entertainment every Friday afternoon with your loved one. [name removed] brings in engaging and entertaining local talent.

My husband is a resident in Memory Care. I was very scared when we came to this decision to move him here. The first time I walked through the front door on my initial visit, I was amazed by the facility and the employees here. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and that made me feel like we had found the right place. It’s beautiful and immediately I felt he would be safe here. There’s an open door policy to come and visit your loved ones whenever you want. I appreciate being called by my first name when I visit. Some of the employees go out of their way to make you feel like family. There are so many activities for the residents to participate in and I have on occasion, joined in. I look forward to sharing these times with my sweet husband . The administration, nurses, care partners, therapist for PT& OT, activity directors, restaurant staff and housekeeping staff and many more make this place a very desirable home for my loved one. Words do not do it justice!

One of the most wonderful kindness places that I have ever been ,my girl loved it there and I loved being able to visit her there I only wish that I could hold her hand one more Christmas. the caregivers at story Point Germantown and so caring and were so kind and loving to my girl , and I miss them all

My father moved in about 6 months ago and is thriving here! Like many seniors he didn't particularly want to come but from the point of the initial tour to the moving in process to now being a resident, Story Pont has been amazing. Their staff is incredible and Dad has really enjoyed it. As a daughter who lives out of town, Story Point has given me comfort knowing he is well, cared for, and safe. And all the residents have been a joy. He has companionship. I can't say enough good things about Story Point. All credit goes to my Lord who directed me here!! A grateful daughter!

I love the whole concept and the staff and the residents here They are friendly. I enjoy the outing on Thursday’s with the other resident The living enrichments Director takes his time and makes sure we exercise and enjoy our time each day . They’re no other place I would rather be. My husband comes to visit at least 4 times a week and he is welcome each time he comes he also comes on the outing with us. The food is good as well.
