Very thing runs smoothly and the meals are very good.

Wonderful staff that really care about their clients

Story point is a very nice place. Just buy what we saw on the tour. My dad was excited about it. Even though he would have to leave where my mom is, we hope that we can move her in memory care at some point.

It was a wonderful place for the short time my father was there. Everyone was so caring and kind and made us feel at home right from the start!

The community specialist who gave the tour did an awesome job highlighting all of the amenities StoryPoint has to offer along with being very patient answering all of the questions we had. She also had a great rapport with the residents which left an impression on us.

Love Story Point! We like the community feel at Story Point, staff, residents and residents family members make a point of getting to know each other. Very caring staff and very willing to make my uncle comfortable from the caregivers to office personnel to the housekeeping staff. Very well run.

The minute I walked into Story Point Mequon I knew I had found the perfect placement for my brother. My opinion of this facility has never changed. Administration and staff were always accommodating and caring. Staff provided kind and compassionate care. The facility was clean and organized and meals were nutritional and delicious. Many people that inquired about my brother were told how marvelous Story Point is. I feel so fortunate that my brother and I were steered toward Story Point. It has been a wonderful experience. Thank you for the services you provide.

Had to get mom moved in on very short notice and of course over the holidays. Getting her settled in a new place after living in the same house for 70 years was not going to be easy. The friendliness and kindness of the staff and caretakers was a big help to all of us and my mom. She is feeling more comfortable in her apartment but still misses her house. Looking forward to nicer weather and being able to get outside more.

Nina, Amber and Melissa are very helpful. Most workers are friendly and helpful but you have to have patience. Not all employees are communicative or smile. Not the friendliest atmosphere in dining. Always seem to be short staffed. Front reception is usually unstaffed on weekends which can be worrisome.

The facility, meals and activities are managed separately from the care services. The care services are on an ala carte basis which allows for flexibility. They are dedicated to keeping couples together as long as possible before/if one needs to move to memory care.

The initial tour was very inviting and beautiful. They were very welcoming. Move-in day and the first couple months were a little frustrating, trying to get some basic things set up. Communication was up and down the first couple months and occasionally hard to get a response. Food is good with small portions as to be expected. The staff is friendly, although sometimes understaffing is an issue. Good people stretched thin. Following up with them is very important.
