at StoryPoint Mequon

Our mother’s health declined very quickly and Storypoint was very helpful in getting her transferred into their facility. They were very transparent upfront about their pricing structure. More importantly, everyone at this facility has been extremely kind and welcoming to our mother. After nearly a month there, she has made the transition from her independent apartment to Storypoint’s memory care unit amazingly well.

My father who lives out of state recently suffered a stroke and we are moving him here to Story Point! We toured many locations and Story Point was our top choice. Amber, Kimberly, Nina and Nicole have made this process very manageable and I cant say enough about their professionalism and compassionate care. They all have been incredibly kind and attentive.

I felt this was the right solution for me after taking a tour. It was clean, bright with an energy among staff and residents. I liked the apartment for an independent lifestyle, with options to meet my future needs. The staff has been warm and welcoming. I am happy I made the decision to join StoryPoint.

It is comforting to know that my mom is in a facility where she feels comfortable and taken care of. She has met friends there and enjoy, sitting with them for meals and the many activities that are planned throughout of the week. Her interactions with the staff are filled with laughter and kindness.

There are no words to describe Nina! She has been an invaluable gem from the beginning for our family! When she says she cares about her StoryPoint community…believe it! I do not reside in Wisconsin but whenever I call regarding my relative she not only responds but goes above and beyond my expectations, putting us all at ease. Thanks for all you do and your caring spirit!

I took a tour of StoryPoint with Amber. She was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. I felt very welcomed and not pressured.

Great location and staff easy to work with.

The activities team is doing more, engaging with residents to encourage participation. The care team is improving. All care situations will have some problematic staff. CorsoCare deals with them and improves. I would recommend to others.

There is a pleasant environment with a sense of community here at Story Point. Staff/employees are friendly and accommodating. Food is good, and activities are varied and interesting. Yes, I would recommend this community to others.

Story point is a very nice place. Just buy what we saw on the tour. My dad was excited about it. Even though he would have to leave where my mom is, we hope that we can move her in memory care at some point.

It was a wonderful place for the short time my father was there. Everyone was so caring and kind and made us feel at home right from the start!

The community specialist who gave the tour did an awesome job highlighting all of the amenities StoryPoint has to offer along with being very patient answering all of the questions we had. She also had a great rapport with the residents which left an impression on us.

Love Story Point! We like the community feel at Story Point, staff, residents and residents family members make a point of getting to know each other. Very caring staff and very willing to make my uncle comfortable from the caregivers to office personnel to the housekeeping staff. Very well run.

The minute I walked into Story Point Mequon I knew I had found the perfect placement for my brother. My opinion of this facility has never changed. Administration and staff were always accommodating and caring. Staff provided kind and compassionate care. The facility was clean and organized and meals were nutritional and delicious. Many people that inquired about my brother were told how marvelous Story Point is. I feel so fortunate that my brother and I were steered toward Story Point. It has been a wonderful experience.
