at Pinebrook of Milford

I recently visited my grandma at Pinebrook of Milford for lunch. We ordered salmon with a baked potato and green beans — everything was fresh and delicious! Some of the directors even stopped by our table and introduced themselves.The building itself is beautiful, clean, and inviting, and the residents genuinely seemed happy. The activity calendar is full of events and programs throughout the day, offering plenty of opportunities to stay involved and connected within the community.I'm so happy my grandma is in a community she can feel safe, stay active, and make so many awesome new friends!

Dad has lived at Pinebrook for several years and recently moved to the Memory Care unit. He has loved being a part of this community. Great location, wonderful facilities and recent upgrades, Staff is awesome, the food is usually excellent, activities are well planned and a welcome addition. It has been a great place for Dad. I don't know how prices compare to other facilities, but for the care and attention they get it is a good investment. Warm and welcoming.

I would give Pinebrook a 5 in each of those categories except for Value and Administrative Staff. I would rate them at a 3 & only because the initial intake exam was so remarkably far off from the level of care the patient needed. I wish the staff had given a more realistic assessment of the costs for care. The increase in cost from month 1 to month 2 literally took our breath away.

[name removed] chose Pinebrook because they had a 2 bedroom. The apartment has high ceilings making it feel roomy. The whole place has good lighting. It felt more like a home and less like a cave. Plus the apartment has a stove. I would recommend to others.

Price point is the best compared to comparable facilities in this area. I didn't care for the all or nothing ( all 3 meals or none) meal plan. Dad would skip lunch or breakfast pretty consistently. Housekeeping was once every 2 weeks which was great. The staff were very friendly.

Community Life Director Kate and Sales Director Karen were warm, welcoming, genuine, knowledgeable, and on the ball. I experienced this in our meeting to discuss a therapeutic wellness program and witnessed in interaction with the residents as we walked the property. They are dedicated to making Pinebrook the best it can be. I found it to be a beautiful property aesthetically and in spirit. Keep up the great work!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Pinebrook Retirement Community. From the moment we stepped in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff is incredibly attentive, compassionate, and truly cares about the residents. The facility itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with spacious, comfortable rooms and plenty of activities to keep everyone engaged. The dining options are excellent, and the meals are always fresh and delicious. My loved one has felt at home here, and I am so grateful for the peace of mind knowing they are in such good hands. We love looking at their Facebook page and seeing what they’ve been up to! Highly recommend Pinebrook to anyone looking for a top-notch retirement facility!”

The entire staff at Pine Brook is so caring and conscientious about the residents that are there. They take excellent care of everyone! There are so many activities and fun things to do. There’s always something for entertainment! The food is great and a wonderful variety! We are blessed to have our Dad here!

I had an amazing experience with the lady’s on the second floor. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made all the difference during my visit. They were incredibly patient, took the time to answer all my questions, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. It’s clear they truly care about their patients. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of compassionate and skilled care!

Thanksgiving feast was fabulous, with a wonderful spread of all the flavors we grew up with! Glad I didn’t have to cook and had more time to spend with my mom during our visit!

Choosing Pinebrook has been the absolutely best decision our family has made for our mother. It is run by the most caring and kind people. They truly make mom feel like family. Mom is in the independent first floor. She has easy access to everything including dining, crafts, music, happy hour and a movie room. On warm days she enjoys sitting outside with other residents in their beautiful front entrance. The residents all look out for each other creating a big family environment. Mom has been at Pinebrook for 6 months now and I have to say the place is kept immaculately clean. It always smells so nice, especially when the chef is cooking! They have everything someone could ask for, but it is absolutely the best place because of the people that work there! They are so attentive to every detail! I would and do highly recommend to anyone! Thank you Pinebrook for all you guys do! You are the best of the best!

Pinebrook Senior Living is a beautiful residential community with caring staff and dedicated executive leadership. I highly recommend this community.

What sets Pinebrook apart from others is that it offers Independent Living as well as Assisted Living and Memory Care. It’s a beautiful facility with a friendly staff and good size apartments, but the food needs improvement. This is a big deal since going to the dining room is such a highlight of the day, and unlike other facilities, there’s no snack station. There are a variety of activities, but they could do a better job communicating them. There is a monthly calendar provided at the beginning of the month and tvs display daily activities. However, the tvs flip through the screens faster then they can be read, and it’s difficult to find an activity calendar mid-month. Overall though, it’s a nice place to live with wonderful residents.
