At Pinebrook of Milford

I contacted Pinebrook after my grandma had experienced a bad move to another retirement home. I met with the sales director the very next day for a tour. She was genuinely concerned about my grandma’s and my happiness. Within a week my grandma moved in! She loves it! Highly recommend Pinebrook!!!

I have been impressed with their care. It always smells good when I go there. Staff is good at communicating with us. I like the layout, it is in a giant circle so they can’t get lost. It is all on one level. My dad is in a companion suite but he does not have a roommate.

I toured Pinebrook. It was an excellent visit, and very professional. It's a very clean, nice facility. All the amenities, the apartments, those little suites look nice. They had all the safety protocols. They got the services they needed. They had a lot of activities. They had a rec room, a little exercise room, and a library. They had a nice dining area. It was very well done, spacious, and clean. I would love my dad to live there. It's only two miles from where I live, so it's convenient.

My mother lives in the assisted living area at Pinebrook. The staff is amazing! They truly care about her and her well-being. I sleep well each night knowing that the competent and caring staff at Pinebrook is watching over my mom, while leaving her the independence to manage those things she is capable of. I have not been in her apartment since March, but I am confident that with housekeeping and other staff's assistance, all is well and in order. Special thanks to Jen and Jamie and the nursing staff!

We would like to thank Pinebrook in Ohio and its staff for the past three years for the kindness and helpfulness they have given to our mother. When she moved into independent living, the staff was more than helpful in aiding the transition from being in a home for 60 years. The staff and facility welcomed her to a warm and friendly environment. We hope our mother’s kindness gave back warmth to the staff and residents at Pinebrook. We wish the best to everyone at Pinebrook and those that are considering to join this wonderful place.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for our loved one. Out of all the places we looked at I think this may have been my favorite! It was just a very nice looking community overall. Everything looked very new and clean, and all of the staff that we interacted with were friendly and professional. All of the amenities and services they offered seemed to be top quality. They are definitely worth a look if you are looking into care in the area.
