My parents recently moved into the StoryPoint Naperville community. They are very happy with their apartment, the friendly staff, the food, and the accessibility to all that Naperville has to offer. I am grateful that they are in a place where they are comfortable and can continue to enjoy their surroundings as their care needs change. This transition was a daunting one for my parents as well as for my siblings and me - I am especially grateful for Community Specialist Katie Brice, who met us with kindness and empathy every step of the way, answers each question with patience while being honest and direct, and continues to be responsive and proactive.

We recently moved my mom into Story Point. The community is light, bright and very active. The staff is extremely friendly, always available and goes out of their way to help. My mom enjoys going to all the fun activities and the food is amazing too. We are extremely happy we chose Story Point for our mom.

StoryPoint is a wonderful facility where the staff and agencies on site really work together for the good of the residents!!! My sister has been living there for several months now, and they seem to do all they can to accommodate her needs. Special shout outs go to Katie who toured and assisted us in the beginning, Sandy who helped us with all our therapy needs, Novella & Jessie at CorsoCare for the home help provided, and Clover at the front desk!!!! I am sure I am remiss in not mentioning many other wonderful people, especial the everyday staff members. I love the environment and the energy of StoryPoint!

I cannot say enough great things about StoryPoint Naperville. From the moment I walked in, I knew that this was the right place for my sister. This is a beautiful facility and the least senior citizen-ish place I've ever been to. Immediately upon walking in, there is a sense of community there, from staff to residents, everyone tries to make you feel welcome. I truly feel that my sister is safe here, and more importantly SHE feels safe here. I would (and have) recommend StoryPoint Naperville to anyone looking for a lively community with caring staff! Thank you for all you do!

The process to get into Storypoint was nice and relatively smooth. The location was good. The amenities are in line with what we were looking for. The adjustment period is going well overall. It is the only property that met our criteria for an age in place facility.

Storypoint is clean and updated. The girls who cared for my stepmom were kind and concerned. She was there for 6 years and the facility stayed consistent. Directors, [names removed] were excellent in listening and communicating.

I love this place, have lived here for a year. The best part are the people that work here. They do a great job and genuinely care. Latest example when my ac went out in +90 weather they fixed it. took 4 visits (on a Sunday)

As a trusted partner of StoryPoint of Naperville, Caring Transitions of Orland Park has had an incredible experience working alongside their team. The staff is consistently kind, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making each resident feel welcome and supported throughout their move.We are always impressed by their level of communication and attention to detail, which makes our job easier and the entire transition smoother for our clients. When we follow up with clients who have moved into StoryPoint, the feedback is always overwhelmingly positive—they’re happy with the accommodations, the community, and most importantly, how they are treated. It’s a pleasure to work with such a caring and dependable team. We confidently recommend StoryPoint of Naperville to families looking for a place where their loved ones will feel at home.

This community truly feels like home. The staff are incredibly caring, compassionate, and attentive, always making residents feel supported and respected. It’s clear that they take pride in creating a positive, family-like environment. There’s a wonderful variety of fun and engaging activities, and the atmosphere is always clean, friendly, and welcoming. Residents are encouraged to stay active, social, and involved. One of the greatest benefits is the convenience of having outpatient therapy services right in the building, making it easy for residents to stay on top of their rehab and wellness goals without having to arrange outside appointments. In addition, having a podiatrist and hair stylist come directly to the building makes daily life more comfortable and stress-free.If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will be well cared for, safe, and truly part of a community, I highly recommend this one. The peace of mind and quality of life it provides is truly exceptional.

StoryPoint has been great for my 85-year-old father. He is still independent, but everything is in place for his future. The staff are friendly and responsive. The facility is clean, the food is great, and there is a lot of activities for residents. We are very happy about the decision to move here.

My father and mother became residents in the memory care unit at StoryPoint Naperville in November 2024 and it's more than just an assisted living and memory care facility for seniors. It's a community of compassion. The entire memory care staff and team especially the caregivers and the floor nurses on all three shifts plus the physical therapists and hospice nurses who are not StoryPoint employees are AMAZING! We are so grateful for their kindness, compassion, friendliness and help to my parents and all of the residents in the memory care unit. It's obvious when you walk through the memory care unit doors. They are ANGELS ON EARTH!The memory care staff and team took the time to get to know my mother and father, understand their needs and are patient with them. Of course, there are always ups and downs in memory care situations and my father passed away in May 2025. The staff provided personalized care and attention for my father that gave us peace of mind. We are so grateful for their dedication and compassion during his final days and, in the end, my father was surrounded by family, love and support. My parents have a one bedroom apartment in the memory care unit at StoryPoint. The facility and apartments are modern, updated, comfortable, impeccably clean and well-maintained. It's a welcoming environment for both residents and visitors. One of the really nice features of StoryPoint is the activities available for residents. Although my dad didn’t participate as much as we hoped, the staff made a concerted effort to keep him engaged and stimulated. And, mom, who is social, really enjoys the vitality and attention.Compared to other facilities we visited and researched, StoryPoint's value, quality and price point is as good as and better than most. But, do your due diligence to understand and clarify what's included and different in the cost of rent versus the cost of the level of care. In the throes of memory loss diagnoses plus needing to find assisted living quickly and prioritizing my mother's and father's care, a sales pitch should be handled with sensitivity, clarity and professionalism. That said, I'd recommend talking directly to the executive director and the nursing director, who are both responsive and available to answer your questions.I recommend StoryPoint when you're seeking an assisted living and memory care facility that prioritizes care, community and affordability.Thank you, The Dave Family

I didn't actually eat any of the food but it smelled good the couple of times I was there. My aunt could be very difficult and the story point staff was more than accommodating and was very helpful with her. I found all the staff to be very friendly and help me through the transition of being able to move her in even though I did not live in the Chicago area. When my aunt fell or had other problems they were prompt to call me and let me know what was going on. When my aunt would call me eight times a day telling me her phone wasn't working. They were very gracious and going in there and checking on her phone and seeing if there was anything they could do. Basically I can't say enough good things about story point. I don't think my aunt got the full enjoyment out of it because by the time she went in there she already had some mental decline, but it looked to me like the other residents. Thoroughly enjoyed the activities, the gatherings and getting together in the various cafes.

I placed my aunt at Story Point in October of 2024, and she was a resident for about 6 months until she died. The staff was very patient with her. She could be cranky and hard to please, but they always took time to see she was looked after, even when she was being difficult. When she became too much to handle in assisted living, we moved her into their memory care unit. She got a lot more stimulation and one on one handling there and was doing much better with all the attention. I am grateful for everything the staff did for her, and for me because I lived so far away.

I would highly recommend Story Point. The staff is very friendly and caring. My mom loves the food. The activities are ok (mom is still getting used to everything). When I was pricing various options, Story Point was very reasonable compared to some other locations. I would give it an overall rating of 5. My mom hasn't been comfortable going out on any trips yet.

StoryPoint Naperville is a very good place as a senior living community. I have been living here with my wife [name removed] since last two months. The staff and caregivers are caring and very helpful. We are vegetarians and are having difficult time with meals. The chef is trying to be helpful. However for most of the meals (lunch and dinner) rarely there is anything to choose from entrees. We are ordering our meals from side dishes and supplementing them with yogurt and fruit juices.
