This is a 3-3.5 star review based on administration. But had to go to 4 because of the nursing and caregiving aspect. And how could I give 5 stars as nothing could really live up to that...but know our family is HAPPY with our choice. Our family moved our matriarch into StoryPoint Naperville in November 2025. Since I'm not reviewing a mere inanimate object purchased, but a home for my elderly mother in law, I'm gonna be a little tougher in my assessment. Overall....this is a community of many lovely individuals, both employees and residents. They were very accommodating with our move in schedule, they were very accommodating with our learning curves of their system. BUT, there were TOO many learning curves. I saw another review that mentioned this....and it is abundantly correct. I highly recommend that they institute a new resident program for family members and the resident combined. Working with the administration quickly reminded us that this is a business first and foremost. This comment applies to the director tbh. Front desk is wonderful. Admin, maintenance, housekeeping, nursing, sales, life enrichment...all great. As we have adjusted after five months...we are learning the ropes. My family member is in Assisted Living. She has nurses and caregivers at her disposal. The staff nurses are truly wonderful. I personally feel welcomed and heard when I speak with the nursing staff, and they are very familiar with their residents. There are three deserving special mention: Christy, Danielle and Solena. The director of nursing is wonderful, has an open door policy and is available when needed. The food is honestly quite good....but EVERYONE there complains about it. So take that with a grain of salt (it is a low sodium diet, lol). The life enrichment team is deluxe, warm, friendly and fun. The place is CLEAN. If you are there later in evening....everyone is hunkered down in their apartments and the rugs are getting cleaned and things wiped down.Financially it is comparable to surrounding facilities. Because of the proximity to our family it was an easy decision. Additionally many people from our neighborhood had family living there through the years so we had a bit of 'insider' knowledge and felt good about our choice.

My parents have been in independent living for 8 months. We have been really happy with the services provided. The facility is clean and well maintained and the staff members seem to have a genuine concern for the residents. The food is tasty plentiful. The Veteran’s Room is a nice touch. There are plenty of activities to keep the residents active and during the warmer months the outdoor porch is a beautiful area for socializing and relaxing.

My parents have been at Story Point for 8 months now and I have no complaints. All of the staff seem genuinely concerned for the care and well being of the residents. The facility is always clean and decorated nicely. There are plenty of activities and the salon meets our needs. The only suggestion I would have is that I would like to see diabetic friendly menu choices each meal. Overall, this is a top notch facility.

We chose the smallest apartment due to finances. Now that she has lived there for a year she loves it. She tells me all the time that she feels safe living there which is huge because she was in her own house for 60 years. There are plenty of activities and weekly trips for those that want to get out and about including weekly church trips. Residential can choose to participate in as many events as they want. Staff is friendly. We had an issue with care staff which is why I wouldn't rate the overall experience a 5.

Staff is really friendly, the food is really good, amenities are great for my parents and the hair salon my mom loves. Dad really likes the veterans rooms.

My parents recently moved into the StoryPoint Naperville community. They are very happy with their apartment, the friendly staff, the food, and the accessibility to all that Naperville has to offer. I am grateful that they are in a place where they are comfortable and can continue to enjoy their surroundings as their care needs change. This transition was a daunting one for my parents as well as for my siblings and me - I am especially grateful for Community Specialist Katie Brice, who met us with kindness and empathy every step of the way, answers each question with patience while being honest and direct, and continues to be responsive and proactive.

We recently moved my mom into Story Point. The community is light, bright and very active. The staff is extremely friendly, always available and goes out of their way to help. My mom enjoys going to all the fun activities and the food is amazing too. We are extremely happy we chose Story Point for our mom.

We are at StoryPoint Naperville for almost a year. It is a good place for senior living. Caregivers being on site is an advantage. Supporting staff is good. Both my wife and I are vegetarians. The meals, most of the time, do not include vegetarian choices. We would like more choices. Except for meals it is a good place. For the food, we are vegetarians. Most of days we eat, PBJ, English Muffins, Grilled cheese sandwich because of lack of variety in the menu. Some times we have Italian dishes and we enjoy them. They need to diversify vegetarian menu.

StoryPoint is a wonderful facility where the staff and agencies on site really work together for the good of the residents!!! My sister has been living there for several months now, and they seem to do all they can to accommodate her needs. Special shout outs go to Katie who toured and assisted us in the beginning, Sandy who helped us with all our therapy needs, Novella & Jessie at CorsoCare for the home help provided, and Clover at the front desk!!!! I am sure I am remiss in not mentioning many other wonderful people, especial the everyday staff members. I love the environment and the energy of StoryPoint!

The process to get into Storypoint was nice and relatively smooth. The location was good. The amenities are in line with what we were looking for. The adjustment period is going well overall. It is the only property that met our criteria for an age in place facility.

Storypoint is clean and updated. The girls who cared for my stepmom were kind and concerned. She was there for 6 years and the facility stayed consistent. Directors, [names removed] were excellent in listening and communicating.

I love this place, have lived here for a year. The best part are the people that work here. They do a great job and genuinely care. Latest example when my ac went out in +90 weather they fixed it. took 4 visits (on a Sunday)

As a trusted partner of StoryPoint of Naperville, Caring Transitions of Orland Park has had an incredible experience working alongside their team. The staff is consistently kind, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making each resident feel welcome and supported throughout their move.We are always impressed by their level of communication and attention to detail, which makes our job easier and the entire transition smoother for our clients. When we follow up with clients who have moved into StoryPoint, the feedback is always overwhelmingly positive—they’re happy with the accommodations, the community, and most importantly, how they are treated. It’s a pleasure to work with such a caring and dependable team. This community truly feels like home. The staff are incredibly caring, compassionate, and attentive, always making residents feel supported and respected. It’s clear that they take pride in creating a positive, family-like environment. There’s a wonderful variety of fun and engaging activities, and the atmosphere is always clean, friendly, and welcoming. Residents are encouraged to stay active, social, and involved. One of the greatest benefits is the convenience of having outpatient therapy services right in the building, making it easy for residents to stay on top of their rehab and wellness goals without having to arrange outside appointments. In addition, having a podiatrist and hair stylist come directly to the building makes daily life more comfortable and stress-free.If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will be well cared for, safe, and truly part of a community, I highly recommend this one. The peace of mind and quality of life it provides is truly exceptional.
